Evaluation of occupational health status in gas filling units

Gas filling (I don't know what gas? ):

Whether there is a "Filling License";

Common occupational hazards in gas stations include noise and gas toxicity, suffocation and pressure (outburst) hazards;

The evaluation of the present situation is mainly based on test data, with emphasis on noise;

Regarding physical examination, target diseases:

7. 1 noise

7. 1. 1 Pre-job occupational health examination

7. 1. 1. 1 Occupational contraindications of target diseases:

(1) Permanent sensorineural hearing loss caused by various reasons (pure tone air conduction at any frequency of 500Hz, 1000Hz and 2000Hz)

Hearing threshold > > 25dBHL)

(2) Moderate or above conductive deafness

(3) The average hearing threshold of binaural high frequency (3000Hz, 4000Hz, 6000Hz) is ≥40dB.

(4) stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ hypertension

(5) Organic heart disease

7. 1.2 Occupational health examination during working.

7. 1.2. 1 target disease

(1) Occupational occupational hearing loss (see GBZ49)

(2) noise susceptibility of occupational contraindications (working in a noisy environment 1 year, with arbitrary frequencies of 3000Hz, 4000Hz and 6000Hz in both ears).

Hearing loss ≥65dBHL)

7. 1.2.2 inspection contents

(1) The focus of symptom inquiry is whether there are ear symptoms such as external auditory canal bleeding, earache, tinnitus, deafness, dizziness and noise exposure history.

(2) Physical examination is the same as before taking up the post.

(3) Laboratory and other inspections

A. Required items: pure tone hearing threshold test and electrocardiogram.

B blood routine, urine routine, acoustic impedance (tympanogram, 500Hz, 1000Hz ipsilateral and contralateral stapedial reflex threshold),

Otoacoustic emission (distortion product otoacoustic emission, or transient evoked otoacoustic emission)

7. 1.2.3 The health examination period is 1 year.

7. 1.3 Occupational health examination when leaving the post

7. 1.3. 1 target disease of occupational hearing impairment

7. 1.3.2 The content of the investigation is the same as that of the in-service period.
