Do I need an empty stomach to apply for a health certificate? Can I drink water?

Need an empty stomach and don't drink water. Do not eat or drink the night before the physical examination/after 10/0, and go to the physical examination on an empty stomach until the next morning. Physical examination usually includes stool culture, chest radiation examination and blood test, so you can't drink water when you apply for a health certificate, and you need an empty stomach.
