How to treat diseases according to the attributes of human five internal organs? Chinese medicine says so!

Traditional Chinese medicine culture is profound and has many uses. It has already penetrated into all aspects of life, such as Chinese medicine treating diseases and saving lives, health care and diet tea. Therefore, Chinese medicine still has its advantages and uniqueness, and learning and understanding Chinese medicine still has many benefits.

So how should we learn Chinese medicine well? First of all, we should attach importance to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Yes! It is these basic things that have been guiding clinical work. If you really want to enter the sacred hall of Chinese medicine, these are the entrance doors. If you just guard the door and don't enter, or don't believe that this is the door, it will be difficult to truly become a Chinese medicine practitioner and deeply understand the essence of Chinese medicine.

Clinically, when many doctors encounter diseases, the first thing they think of is the pathological nature of the disease or sputum? Is it stagnation? Still wet? Some people even think of bacteria or viruses. In fact, the first thing that comes to mind is the classification of the five elements. Which organ should the disease start from and where is its source?

The object of Chinese medicine treatment is actually not "disease", but people, and it is internal organs! Only by understanding this sentence can we realize where the "root" of "treatment must be based on this" lies. I will talk about two points today. The first is the attributes of the five internal organs and elements of the human body, and the second is how to use these five internal organs theories of traditional Chinese medicine to treat clinical diseases. # Changjiang Health Plan # # Health Science Competition #

Liver: The liver belongs to wood, and it is responsible for draining, storing blood and hiding souls. Come out and think, improve your eyesight and strengthen your liver. Its brilliance lies in its claws, its anger lies in its ambition, its cry lies in its voice, and its tears lie in its liquid.

Heart: the heart belongs to the fire, which governs the blood, hides the spirit in the heart and enlightens the tongue. Its beauty lies in its face, its joy lies in its ambition, its laughter lies in its voice, and its sweat lies in its liquid.

Spleen: Spleen belongs to soil, and it mainly transports fluid, blood, muscles and limbs. The spleen hides the meaning, and enlightenment comes from the mouth. Spleen beauty lies in the lips, thinking lies in the brain, singing lies in the voice, and saliva lies in the liquid.

Lung: the lung belongs to gold, which governs qi, breath, fur and joints, proclaims depression, opens the nose, mourns god, cries in sound and liquid.

Kidney: The kidney stores essence, governs reproduction, water, qi, bone and marrow, and is the innate foundation. The second yin, which opens the ear, thrives on god, fears god, drowns in liquid and groans in sound.

(A) the five elements of the human body and diseases

Let's look at the clinical application of human five elements through several examples.

The first example

There are many diseases related to hair, such as common alopecia, brown hair and white hair. When seeking treatment, it is often influenced by western medicine thinking, and the effect is often not ideal if it is not traced back to the source.

In fact, I understand the following three sentences. This series of diseases is easy to handle!

The first sentence: hair is blood.

The second sentence: the lung governs the fur.

The third sentence: the flower of kidney is on the rise.

It can be seen from these three sentences that hair diseases are closely related to lung, blood and kidney. If we find this general direction in clinic, we can be targeted when we treat it.

Patients with dry hair, split hair and premature graying can achieve good curative effect by nourishing blood and tonifying kidney. Shengfa Yangxue Capsule is a representative drug, and its prescription consists of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Notopterygii Rhizoma, Fructus Chaenomelis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Semen Cuscutae, Rhizoma Gastrodiae and Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata.

Among them, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba are Siwu Decoction, which are representative prescriptions for enriching blood. Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata and Semen Cuscutae are good products for nourishing kidney essence; With Notopterygium Rhizoma, Rhizoma Gastrodiae and Fructus Chaenomelis to dispel wind and remove dampness, it is naturally suitable for alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, scalp itching after illness and postpartum, dandruff and oil production.

For seborrheic alopecia, it can have a good therapeutic effect by regulating the function of the lungs to declare blood pressure reduction! This sentence may not be fully understood now, but I will discuss it in later clinical chapters.

The second example

Oral ulcer is often encountered in clinic, which is called "aphtha" in Chinese medicine. Many doctors believe that this is due to inflammation caused by virtual fire. Suggest that patients take "Baizhi Dihuang Pill", is it effective or not? Some refractory cases recur for a long time, and the patients are very painful. In fact, in the treatment, if we first think of "spleen opening to the mouth", from the perspective of spleen, we can often get good results by removing damp-heat and accumulated heat of spleen.

For the ulcer on the tongue, based on "opening the mind to the tongue", it can have a good effect to treat it from the perspective of the heart.

If you have ulcers in your mouth and tongue, start with your heart and spleen. ...

The third example

Women in their thirties and forties often have spots on their faces. When they receive treatment, they sometimes lose track of the symptoms and signs for a while. Is it blood deficiency? Qi deficiency? Kidney deficiency? Liver depression?

Some Chinese medicine practitioners diagnose "liver spots" for patients; Some diagnose "kidney spot"; Some simply diagnosed as "endocrine disorders", which is not responsible for patients, but also for themselves. Because the endocrine system is a huge system, almost all diseases will have abnormal endocrine changes in the process of pathological changes. "Endocrine disorder" does not mean "yin deficiency of liver and kidney"! The diagnosis of endocrine disorders is too general!

In fact, just think about the five elements of the human body and remember that "the heart governs the blood, and its brilliance is in the face"; "Lung governs qi and fur", which classifies facial diseases as "face" and "skin" problems. Start with the heart and lungs, regulate qi and blood, warm blood vessels, and then recover naturally. Of course, sometimes heart and lung problems are also related to liver and kidney. For patients with stagnation of liver qi and yin deficiency of liver and kidney, the liver and kidney should be treated from the heart and lung, but don't forget the heart and kidney in the end.

The fourth example

When encountering patients with lumbar disc herniation, osteoporosis, hyperosteogeny, delayed fracture healing, etc. Don't forget that "the kidney governs the bone", and the kidney is the source of this kind of disease. All diseases related to bones can be fundamentally solved from the kidney. Clinically, we can see that patients with lumbar disc herniation can quickly relieve symptoms through traction. Severe cases can be dissolved or removed by surgery, which can be cured in theory, but it is easy to relapse. Because the patient's kidney deficiency has not been solved, to borrow the patient's words, it is "the pain in the lower back after surgery is gone, but I still feel weak." Such patients will naturally recur before long. "The waist is the house of the kidney", as long as the kidney deficiency is fundamentally treated, the recurrence rate can naturally be reduced.

There are many such examples. As long as you understand the five elements of the human body mentioned above, it will be very easy to learn Chinese medicine, because every sentence above corresponds to a series of diseases. Grasping the five elements is like grasping the rope of a fishing net when casting a net. Yin-yang and five elements are programmatic things of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as shortcuts and doors for learning!

Knowing the attributes of the five elements, we have an understanding of the attribution of many diseases, but these understandings are still rough and superficial, such as sores on the mouth, lips and tongue coating. You know it's the heart and spleen, but why is there something wrong with the heart and spleen? We should investigate its origin. Sometimes it's just the heart and spleen, and sometimes it's not. It may be caused by other organs. Understanding the attributes of the five elements is like entering the gate, but you have to enter the small gate to embark on a winding road and slowly experience the magic of Chinese medicine!
