So what is sexual health? The so-called "sexual health" refers to the normal anatomical structure of reproductive organs without diseases, normal sexual physiological functions and sexual psychology, and healthy sexual attitudes and behaviors.
(1) The anatomical structure of reproductive organs is normal. As the first sexual characteristic, the anatomical morphology of male and female internal and external reproductive organs is within the normal range, and there are no hermaphroditism, short penis, phimosis, hypospadias, cryptorchidism, vaginal atresia, absence of uterus and vagina, double uterus, double vagina or other congenital abnormalities. In adolescence, the sexual organs are well developed, the Adam's apple and breasts of secondary sexual characteristics are developed, and the pubic hair, armpit hair and other body hairs are normally distributed.
(2) Sexual physiological function is normal. Refers to women's regular menstrual cycle, normal ovulation and good fertility. Male penis erection and ejaculation function are normal, and the number, shape and fluidity of sperm in semen are normal.
(3) Sexual psychology is normal. Sexual desire is normal, sexual desire points to normal, there is no sexual psychological abnormality in any form, and it has the ability to inhibit sexual desire to adapt to the social environment.
(4) There is no disease in the reproductive system. There is neither dysfunction of reproductive organs nor organic diseases of reproductive system.
(5) Healthy sexual attitudes and behaviors. Teenagers are in a good opportunity to learn knowledge and understand society. They should focus on learning and beneficial social practice activities and should not indulge in the pursuit of sexual pleasure. Of course, it is normal to have a strong sexual impulse or curiosity because of the germination of sexual consciousness and the maturity of sexual organs. Pay attention to vent your sexual impulses through scientific and reasonable methods. For example, taking an active part in physical exercise, participating in beneficial social practice activities and enjoying healthy entertainment and art can divert attention.
