Opening hours of viewing escalator: 7: 30- 17: 30.
The starting point of the trail is located in the South Gate Visitor Center, passing through the trail on the dam of Dongzhaikeng Reservoir, and climbing up the mountain to the end point. The observation deck of node 9 is divided into two sections.
The starting point section (node 1 platform to node 7) adopts the combination of trails and scenic escalators;
The terminal section (from the observation deck of section 7 to node 9) reaches the terminal located in the east section of Shiwan Road by erecting bridges and spiral ramps (i.e. Shanhai Trail). The main line is about 830 meters long.
Each escalator has a rest platform, and nodes 8 and 9 also have wide observation platforms. With the increase of height, the vision is gradually broadened and the scenery is beautiful: whether it is mangoku green plants, the blue sea area on the south side of Kashima, or sunrise and sunset, you can have a panoramic view.
The viewing platform of node 9 is equipped with the bus waiting station and consulting service office of the park scenic spot, which is convenient for citizens and tourists to transfer to the scenic spot bus to go to the main scenic spots of the park.
