According to the National Youth Law Popularization Network, youth law popularization is generally formulated every five years. Popularizing law among teenagers refers to the legal publicity and education activities for teenagers, aiming at improving their legal awareness and legal literacy, helping them understand and abide by legal rules, and promoting their healthy growth and social harmony and stability. The contents of popularizing laws among teenagers include but are not limited to basic legal knowledge such as constitution, criminal law, civil law and administrative law, as well as special laws related to teenagers such as the law on the protection of minors and the law on the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
