3. When foreign trucks come to South, they should dock with the destination enterprises in advance. The destination enterprises should report the route, time, driver's and fellow passengers' names, car numbers, ID numbers, telephone numbers, health codes, boarding codes, nucleic acid certificates and other information to the local township offices and Hewei District at least 24 hours in advance, and conduct nucleic acid testing immediately after arriving in South.
Second, intensify the investigation and punishment of truck drivers returning to South China.
1. According to the list of key epidemic areas issued by the superior, the Municipal Transportation Bureau takes the lead in collecting and pushing the information of trucks and drivers returning to the south in key epidemic areas to township offices and Hewei District every day by using the third-party Beidou platform, and implements territorial control measures.
