Do Hubei people need to apply for a health certificate when they come to Zhongshan?

1. Except for areas with high epidemic incidence such as Hubei Province, people from other areas who come to Guangdong do not need to provide health certificates related to the epidemic when they enter our province for tourism, accommodation, return to school and resume production.

Second, for those who come to Guangdong with ID cards from areas with high epidemic incidence, such as Hubei Province, if they can provide personal track certification information issued by China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, and prove that they have not left Guangdong or been to areas with high epidemic incidence within 14 days, they can apply to their communities (neighborhood committees or village committees) or units for issuing certificates (see annex 1).

Three, all parts of the province, as well as Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Henan, Hainan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi Autonomous Region and other provinces (cities, districts) that have established a mutual recognition mechanism for health monitoring with our province, COVID-19 rehabilitation personnel in epidemic-prone areas, close contacts and observers in Guangdong, and other materials.

Fourth, strengthen the health management of people coming to Guangdong, and require people coming to Guangdong not to go out except commuting within 14 days of their arrival in Guangdong, and not to organize dinners and parties. If you have fever and other symptoms, send them to the local designated hospital for examination and treatment.
