The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Vaccination time and population
COVID-19 vaccination for children aged 3- 1 1 year has been carried out in our district since June 4th.
Kindergarten institutions, primary and secondary school students: the district education and sports bureau will make overall arrangements, and the specific time will be subject to the notice of the school and kindergarten.
Non-school children: Children aged 3- 1 1 year can make an appointment for vaccination at the vaccination point in COVID-19. Try not to make an appointment for vaccination at the centralized vaccination time of11.4-11
Second, matters needing attention
1. Children vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine need to be accompanied by guardians all the time, and take personal protection such as wearing masks and keeping social distance. If the guardian cannot accompany him, he shall entrust other adults to accompany him and provide a power of attorney signed by the guardian.
2. Bring the guardian's ID card, the child's valid ID card and the child's vaccination certificate to the vaccination clinic to avoid the child's fasting and fatigue. Children wear loose clothes that day to facilitate vaccination.
3. Ensure the child's health, and those with vaccination contraindications cannot be vaccinated or suspended.
4. Before vaccination, the guardian should fully understand the informed consent form of vaccination in COVID-19, truthfully inform the vaccination doctor of the child's health status, cooperate with health inquiry and taboo verification, and only after the doctor previews and the guardian signs the informed consent form can vaccination be carried out.
5. Stay in place for 30 minutes after inoculation, and leave after confirming that there is no abnormality; If you feel unwell, inform the doctor in time.
6. After returning to China, the guardian should observe the child's health for 24 hours. If you have bad health, seek medical advice in time and report to the inoculation unit; Children should have a light diet, have a good rest and drink plenty of water within 1 week after vaccination to avoid excessive exercise and fatigue.
Third, adjust the whole course of COVID-19 vaccine inoculation for adults over 0/8 years old and strengthen immunization points.
In order to speed up the vaccination progress of children aged 3- 1 1 year in our district, during this period, COVID-19 vaccination service for adults aged 18 will not be provided in five inoculation sites in the urban area.
If/kloc-adults over 0/8 years old need full immunization and enhanced immunization, residents in the main city can go to the inoculation point of Hyde Hospital; Chen Dong luxury car inoculation point; Hong Qiang Pratt & Whitney inoculation point to make an appointment for inoculation; Residents of other towns and streets can make an appointment for vaccination at the town health center where they live.
