How to lose 22 pounds in 36 days?

My previous method of losing weight (perseverance is necessary): eat like lunch, but never eat dinner. It is best not to eat anything at night, including water. Then do 30 sit-ups before going to bed (be sure to stick to it every day). I lost 22 pounds in 90 days. If you want to lose 22 pounds in 36 days, I don't think it's realistic, and losing weight in such a short time must be very harmful to your health.
