Why does the WeChat campaign always show that the number of steps is 0?

It is recommended that you open Huawei Health App(keep, splash and other step counting Apps) and enter the main page to check whether the step counting is normal (if the wearable device is bound to your sports health App, it is recommended that you unbind it first, and then test whether the sports health app can count steps).

1. If other step counting apps such as sports health are normal, please investigate and solve them according to the following scheme:

(1) Please open the mobile phone settings search, enter the application management > WeChat > permissions, find the fitness exercise and body sensor on the WeChat permissions page, and set the permissions of these two settings to allow. If there is only fitness exercise, just set the permission of fitness exercise to allow.

(2) If you still don't count the steps after the above operations, you can enter the WeChat campaign, click the Settings button in the upper right corner, click to deactivate the WeChat campaign, and re-enable it after 24 hours (deactivation will delete the historical data of the WeChat campaign, so please be cautious).

(3) You can also use your mobile browser to open weixin.qq.com/d, and download the trial of WeChat cover installation again (Note: it is recommended that you make a good data backup in advance to avoid losing data due to other circumstances during cover installation). If you still can't count the steps, I suggest you use WeChat > Me > Settings > Help and Feedback > Feedback to WeChat.

2. If the steps of other step counting apps such as sports and health are also 0, it may be a hardware problem of the mobile phone. Try the following tests:

In the mobile phone interface, drop down to enter the shortcut settings menu, turn on automatic rotation, and then turn on the mobile phone settings. Put the phone in the phone setting interface and observe whether the screen can be rotated to landscape mode. If the phone can't rotate to landscape mode, it may be that the gravity sensor of the phone is abnormal. It is recommended that you back up your materials (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and bring relevant purchase vouchers to Huawei Customer Service Center for maintenance.
