At present, the global COVID-19 epidemic continues to run at a high level, and the number of new local cases and imported cases in China has greatly increased, showing the characteristics of multiple points, wide areas, multiple occurrences and the superposition of Delta and Omicron variants. Among them, on March 8th alone, more than 30 cities in 18 provinces in China experienced new local epidemics, and * * * reported 233 local confirmed cases and 399 asymptomatic infected people. Moreover, China has frequent contact with people in epidemic areas and is always faced with the risk of importing.
In order to continuously consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control in our county, ensure the health of the people in the county, adhere to the general strategy of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" and the normalization prevention and control measures of "people and things", the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, take the initiative to report in time.
Those who have lived abroad in the past 28 days, lived in high-risk areas or places where cases occurred in China in the past 2 1 day, and those who have crossed the itinerary of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people, and those who find that their health code or place code is red or yellow, take the initiative to report to their units, residential villages or hotels at the first time, and cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as isolated medical observation, health monitoring and nucleic acid detection as required.
Second, arrange travel reasonably.
The general public should arrange their trips reasonably and reduce unnecessary trips. It is unnecessary not to go to countries and regions with serious epidemic situation, to middle and high risk areas in China and to epidemic areas. If you must go, you must report to your village and work unit in advance.
Third, raise awareness of protection.
Pay attention to wearing masks in public places where people gather and when taking public transportation, and keep a safe social distance. Improve personal protection awareness, adhere to good hygiene habits such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, no gathering, one-meter line, wearing a mask, eating together and using public chopsticks.
Fourth, adhere to the prevention of "people and things".
During the epidemic prevention and control, there is no need to mail order goods from overseas or domestic high-risk areas; If you must receive articles from overseas or domestic high-risk areas, you should do personal protection, wear masks and try not to touch them directly with your hands. Disposable gloves are recommended.
Fifth, do a good job in health monitoring
If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., you should wear a mask, go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution in time, and truthfully report the relevant residence history and contact history. Try to avoid taking public transport on the way to see a doctor.
Sixth, timely vaccination.
Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the safest and most effective means to prevent COVID-19, and it is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Please ask people who meet the vaccination conditions to take the initiative to complete the whole vaccination and strengthen immunization as soon as possible.
Seven, strengthen campus prevention and control.
All kinds of schools at all levels should conscientiously implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the daily management of campus, strictly implement epidemic prevention rules and regulations, do a good job in emergency supplies storage and daily environmental sanitation, enhance the personal protection ability of teachers and students, create a safe and orderly campus environment, and ensure the normal development of teaching.
Eight, abide by the epidemic prevention and control measures
