Instruction for early morning meditation

Good morning, welcome to Love Morning Meditation.

Waking up in the morning is a good time for us to learn to let go of the past and start a new life. In this exercise, we will connect with our sense of value and set our intentions for a new day, which will have a great positive impact on the whole day.

Find a comfortable posture to sit down, and the back is naturally straight and not stiff, which can make us more awake. Close your eyes gently, or open them. If you are worried about falling asleep during practice, keep your eyes wide open and fall down softly.

When you are ready, take some time to feel the body at this moment. Be aware of the feeling of your body touching the mattress, chair or floor, and try to feel this contact carefully. Know that you are awake, existing and breathing at this moment.

Now turn your attention to your space. Maybe the sun is shining gently into the room at the moment. Maybe you can hear the birds singing outside the window. Try to listen to any news this morning and feel the feeling of reconnecting with the world at this moment.

Next, we will take a few deep breaths to help us get rid of sleepiness. Let's begin: breathe in fully, absorb fresh air, exhale slowly, release and put down. Once again, breathe in fully, absorb fresh air, exhale slowly, release, put down. For the last time, inhale and exhale.

Now go back to the natural breathing rhythm and sit quietly and breathe. Knowing that today is a new day, anything is possible. Yesterday has passed, no matter what happened, it has become history. Try to allow it to exist and let it go.
