I. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
(1) Candidates must know the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control in advance.
All candidates are responsible for daily temperature measurement, record and health monitoring from the seventh day before the exam, fill in the health abnormality monitoring report form, record the temperature measurement, and report any physical abnormality in time. If the examinee's physical condition is abnormal before the exam and it is found by monitoring, the university where the test center is located will comprehensively judge whether it has the conditions to take the exam according to the requirements of local epidemic prevention work and the opinions of health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions on the premise of ensuring the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff. Candidates who do not have the relevant conditions are not allowed to take the exam.
Candidates who return to Hainan from outside the province should know in advance and ensure that they meet the requirements of Hainan provincial epidemic prevention regulations and enter the test center school, and return to Hainan 7 days before the exam. Each test center must do a good job in classified management of candidates' health monitoring, and strictly implement epidemic prevention and control management measures.
1. Candidates must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control requirements and examination rules in the examination and take the examination in good faith. Candidates who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic reports within 7 days (determined according to the development of the national epidemic situation) or who have lived abroad within 8 days must report truthfully and shall not conceal or make false reports, otherwise they will be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.
2. 7 days before the exam, candidates scan the health code of Hainan Province through WeChat or Alipay, and make daily real-name health punching. If they don't scan the code, the normal entrance examination will be affected; Don't go to high-risk areas, epidemic areas and overseas, and avoid direct contact with high-risk areas and overseas personnel; Strengthen self-protection and reduce going to crowded public places; If you feel unwell, seek medical advice promptly.
3. Candidates must wear masks above internal and external surgery (self-provided) when entering the test center, and it is strictly forbidden to take off the masks without authorization after entering the warning line (invigilators will take off the masks briefly during identity verification).
4. Candidates must sweep the floor when entering the test center, and show the itinerary card and negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours for the staff of the test center to verify.
Candidates must pass the temperature measurement before entering the warning line of the test center. It is forbidden to cross the warning line without temperature measurement. Once it is violated, it will be dealt with according to discipline.
6. Candidates should keep a distance of not less than 1 m when queuing for temperature measurement, identity verification, health code, travel card and verification of negative nucleic acid certificate.
7. Candidates who take the exam must meet the following health monitoring requirements for epidemic prevention and control:
(1) Candidates whose health codes are red team, yellow code and gray code should be changed to green code in advance according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Candidates with non-green health codes are not allowed to take the exam.
(2) When entering the test center, all candidates are required to show their health code, itinerary card and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, wear masks above internal and surgical department (self-provided) and take temperature measurement. Only when the health code and travel card are green, the body temperature is lower than 37.3℃, and candidates in non-risk areas have a negative report of 1 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test (both electronic and paper versions are acceptable, if the sampling time cannot be determined, the report time of nucleic acid test results will be 6 hours earlier) can they enter the test. If the body temperature is unqualified for the first time, it can be measured again with other equipment or other means after proper rest. If it is still unqualified, those who do not meet the conditions after comprehensive evaluation may not take the exam.
(III) Persons who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic reports within 7 days before the test (determined according to the development of the national epidemic situation) shall be controlled at the entry port in strict accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of our province. Those who take the test after the expiration of the control period are allowed to take the test with a negative certificate of 1 time (subject to the sampling time) within 48 hours before the test.
(4) If you feel uncomfortable during the exam, please raise your hand and report to the invigilator. If there is fever (body temperature exceeds 37.3℃) during the examination, those who fail to meet the requirements after comprehensive evaluation may suspend the examination or may not take the examination together with other healthy candidates, and be transferred to the isolation examination room to continue the examination.
8. Those who are under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to take the exam.
(1) Without the original admission ticket and ID card, it is impossible to provide the health code, communication big data travel card and the proof of the negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test before the test as required;
(2) A confirmed case that has been cured and discharged from hospital or an asymptomatic infected person who has been released from centralized isolation medical observation is still under follow-up or medical observation;
(3) Those who have not been released from close contact with medical observation;
(4) Candidates whose health codes are red, yellow and gray;
(5) He has lived in a county (city, district) where there is an epidemic report within 7 days before the test, and is still in the control period or the home health monitoring period has not expired according to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters;
(6) Having lived in foreign countries, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province within 8 days before the test;
(7) Abnormal body temperature (body temperature ≥37.3℃) was measured when entering the site, but it was still abnormal when measured again with a mercury thermometer after a proper rest in the temporary observation place, and there were suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle aches, loss of taste and smell, and experts judged that they could not take the exam;
(8) other special circumstances are judged by professional medical personnel to be unable to take the exam.
9. All candidates must strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and the rules of the examination room, and take the integrity test. Candidates who have lived in epidemic areas, high-risk areas and other areas related to the epidemic in COVID-19 must truthfully fill in the report, and there shall be no concealment or false report, otherwise the relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law. Candidates who can't take the exam are not allowed to enter the test center, otherwise they will be dealt with in violation of the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and all the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Others
The epidemic situation has changed dynamically. 5. Before answering the question, information such as name and admission ticket number. It should be accurately filled in the corresponding columns of the test paper (test question) and answer sheet as required. The answer sheet will be invalid if it is wrong or illegible.

10. You can't start answering questions until the instruction of opening the exam is issued, otherwise it will be treated as the first answer; Those who fail to read the test book in advance according to the instructions and wear headphones during the non-listening test time will be dealt with in violation of regulations; As soon as the instruction for the end of the exam is issued, you should immediately stop answering questions and put the test paper on the desktop, otherwise it will be treated as procrastination.
