Most of these unfortunate events are related to long working hours, intense work and little rest time, especially lack of sleep at night and irregular life. The harsh practice environment has become the norm in the industry. According to a survey, 80% doctors have no time to drink water at work; 67% people work continuously for more than 36 hours; 60% of the golden week is less than 3 days; 37% of people have colleagues who died suddenly.
