(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

1. Laborers shall submit an application for occupational disease identification to the occupational disease diagnosis institution where the employer is located;

4. The appraisal institution conducts appraisal and issues the occupational disease diagnosis appraisal.
