Telemedicine has its disadvantages. How to treat network medical treatment?

Original title: Is the "doctor" in the media survey circle of friends reliable? Official: Don't believe it.

Recently, many citizens have reported that there are a group of "WeChat doctors" in their circle of friends, and they can see a doctor and prescribe medicine through WeChat chat, and the treatment scope involves varicose veins, hair loss and other diseases. At the same time, doctors in regular hospitals found that their photos were stolen by "WeChat doctors". The reporter's investigation found that it is difficult to prove whether "Dr. WeChat" has professional qualifications. Experts say it is unrealistic to see a doctor remotely. The Municipal Health Planning Commission suggested that the supervision of "Doctor WeChat" is difficult, and it is not recommended to believe it.

Stealing photos of doctors and opening online clinics.

Recently, Dr. Yuan, who works in the dermatology department of United Family Hospital in Beijing, met something that made her very angry. Her photo was stolen by someone else. After setting the photo of Dr. Yuan wearing a white coat as the head of WeChat, the other party used the banner of treating "varicose veins" to see a doctor and prescribe medicine for patients online.

Dr. Yuan said that not long ago, some patients reported to themselves that a WeChat account named "Chinese medicine except varicose veins" was suspected of using Dr. Yuan's name for medical treatment. After adding the micro-signal, Dr. Yuan found that the avatar used by the other party happened to be a work photo in a white coat taken by himself in the hospital, which had been used as Weibo's avatar by himself before. After some negotiations, the other party promised to remove the photo of Dr. Yuan, but it didn't take action. Later, Dr. Yuan was simply blacklisted.

In June 5438+10 this year, the reporter of Beiqing Daily added the account as a friend and found that the other party still used Dr. Yuan Shan's photo as the avatar. After the friend's application was approved, the other party quickly asked, "Do varicose veins need treatment?" Information such as gender, age, time of discovery and photos of diseased parts were also asked. After the reporter of Beiqing Daily sent the network picture to the other party, the other party replied that the "patient" was already "severely prominent" and there had been a phenomenon of "venous membrane damage leading to blood reflux". If you want to be cured, you need to allocate 45 days of treatment from him, with a total price of 995 yuan. The function is to "repair the damaged venous valve, improve microcirculation, let blood flow to the heart normally and return to normal".

The "doctor" claims to be an experienced Chinese medicine practitioner with a medical license. Most of the patients treated by him will be effective or even cured after a course of treatment with "San".

Stealing photos of regular doctors was exposed.

It is difficult to remotely verify the identity of "all diseases".

Subsequently, the reporter of Beiqing Daily told the "doctor" that he hoped to take the patients at home to the hospital where he had been. The "doctor" provided an address at Bozhou Road, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and replied: "It's either a big hospital or a small clinic without a name." The reporter of Beiqing Daily found that the address given by the "doctor" was a two-story white building with many shops registered on it. There is no clinic or pharmacy at this address on the map.

Xiao Wu, who was treated by Dr. WeChat, said that he was recommended by netizens to add a Chinese medicine practitioner who claimed to be able to treat hair loss. The "doctor" told Xiao Wu that hair loss could be treated as long as he washed his hair with the medicine he prepared. All the medicines used are made of "precious Chinese medicine" and the effect is very good. However, Xiao Wu used it for more than three months and it didn't work. After that, Xiao Wu no longer trusted the "doctor" and terminated the "treatment". Xiao Wu told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that before he was ready to give up treatment, he had questioned the identity of the "doctor" and asked the doctor's name and work unit. As a result, the "doctor" only revealed his surname and a vague employment address to Xiao Wu.

The reporter's search found that there are not many similar "WeChat doctors". Besides varicose veins and alopecia, it also involves andrology, irregular menstruation, cosmetic surgery and other fields. Earlier, some media reported that college student Wang met a cosmetic surgeon through WeChat, and the other party provided "on-site service" and made a double eyelid surgery for Xiao Wang in the hotel. After the operation failed, Xiao Wang found himself blacklisted by the doctor.

The reporter's investigation found that some micro-signals of "Doctor WeChat" all start with the same set of English letters. The reporter of Beiqing Daily randomly counted 500 micro-signals starting with this group of letters, and found that about 100 WeChat accounts were related to "Doctor WeChat".

Expert: It is unrealistic to see a doctor remotely.

Zhang Zhang, deputy director of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, said that although there are many mobile apps, WeChat, Weibo and other software and websites that will sign contracts with regular doctors, most of the websites that provide such online medical consultation services only provide health consultation and answer questions for patients, rather than really "seeing a doctor". If the doctor thinks that there is a possibility of illness in the situation described by the patient during online consultation, then the doctor will advise the patient to go to the hospital instead of online diagnosis and treatment and prescription. Moreover, a doctor who has obtained a doctor's qualification certificate may not treat or prescribe drugs for others outside his non-registered place.

Dr. Zhang Zhang said that real doctors, whether Chinese medicine or western medicine, are not likely to see a patient and make a diagnosis only through photos and patient descriptions, as Dr. WeChat said. "This way of seeing a doctor remotely is unrealistic, let alone prescribing medicine."

Health Planning Commission: "Dr. WeChat" is not credible

The staff of the Beijing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission told Beiqing Daily that all registered medical practitioners must have a practice place, and it is difficult to confirm whether these "WeChat doctors" are real doctors or unqualified "doctors" through simple WeChat chat.

The staff of the Health Planning Commission said that it is very difficult to supervise the practice of "Dr. WeChat". Some "WeChat doctors" don't disclose their addresses at all, or even have clinics at all. Health supervision departments can only intervene if they know the specific address. If the patient or the patient's family members find a "WeChat doctor" with problems, they can report to the Health Planning Commission and relevant departments, who will verify whether there are illegal medical practices or other problems. For example, when he communicated with Dr. WeChat, he found that Dr. WeChat had exaggerated behavior in diagnosis, treatment and publicity, and he could report it to the industrial and commercial department. For those who have already purchased medicines from such "WeChat doctors" and find that they have been deceived, they can report to the local public security department.

The staff of the Health Planning Commission advised not to trust "Dr. WeChat", and regular doctors would not prescribe drugs to patients through WeChat.
