Legal basis: Notice of Sanmenxia Municipal People's Government on Adjusting Some Administrative Divisions of Sanmenxia City According to the spirit of the State Council's Reply on Agreeing to Adjust Some Administrative Divisions of Sanmenxia City (Guo Han [2015] No.39), relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Shaanxi County was abolished and Shaanxi County District of Sanmenxia City was established. The original administrative area of Shaanxi County was the administrative area of Shaanxi County, and the Shaanxi County Government was located at No.8/KLOC-0, Shaanxi Avenue, Daying Town.
All kinds of institutions involved in the above-mentioned administrative division adjustment should be set up according to the principle of "simplification, unification and efficiency", strictly in accordance with the requirements of "Three Chapters of the Constitution" of the State Council, and no new government buildings and halls will be built, no financial support personnel will be increased, and no "three public" (expenses for going abroad on business, vehicle purchase and operation, and official reception fees) will be increased. It is necessary to strictly implement the central regulations on strict economy and national land management laws and policies, increase the integration of regional resources, optimize the overall layout, and promote the coordinated and healthy development of regional economy and society.
