China people's diet culture view

China's food culture is very rich. China has many different flavors, such as the four major cuisines in China, namely, Shandong cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine, Cantonese cuisine and Sichuan cuisine. In the Upper East, they eat Shandong cuisine. Shandong cuisine is characterized by freshness, crispness, original flavor and salty taste. Then, Huaiyang cuisine is Yangzhou's. Huaiyang cuisine tastes fresh and peaceful, salty and sweet. The third kind of cuisine, called Cantonese cuisine, has a light taste. The last major cuisine is Sichuan cuisine. Sichuan food tastes very spicy. In addition to the four major cuisines, you can also use geography to separate China's diet. China people will say, "sweet in the south and salty in the north, spicy in the east and sour in the west." This means that different places prefer different tastes.

Besides the unexpected taste of a dish, Chinese food needs a special name. Often the literal meaning is very different from mine. Chinese food has a special name because it attracts many people to eat it. For example, the lion's head has no lion's head, but such a name will attract many people.

People in China are very particular about table manners. The seat near the door is the upper seat, and the person with the highest status should sit in the upper seat. People of high status sit near the chair. Also, you shouldn't put chopsticks in rice, because it looks like an incense table.

China people treat people to dinner and pay attention to ostentation and extravagance. Only when it is bigger can it be decent, so when preparing meals, the tables are full of dishes, and the number of dishes on the tables is more and the quality is better. Even if there is a guest at home, there will be at least four dishes and one soup in the ordinary family's home. If there are two or three guests, a big table will be set. The more dishes, the more precious the dishes, and the host will be very hospitable and enthusiastic. However, we can imagine how much guests can eat. But if the host only prepares enough food, it will be considered stingy and bad for the guests. In restaurants, China people order food in a particularly extravagant and wasteful way, and the momentum is spectacular. It can be said that it is extravagant to the extreme. This also reflects the folk customs of our country from the side, which requires us to make efforts in diet, especially the bad habits of China people who love face and stress ostentation and extravagance, but this bad habit seems to be difficult to change.
