Teacher Cai Shi 'e, a psychology researcher in Henan Teaching and Research Section, commented on each class and gave a special lecture on the design and implementation of mental health class. According to the requirements of the division director, the whole teaching process is as follows: 3-5 sentences to guide, 5 minutes for warm-up activities, 1-3 theme activities (for finding, analyzing and solving problems) (5 minutes for brainstorming on campus express line), sharing and follow-up comments (mainly involving methods and psychological knowledge) after each activity, and the teacher summarizes 5-8 sentences after class.

Zhao Junfeng, a professor at Hoda University, gave a report entitled "Psychological Fatigue in Learning Psychology and Its Countermeasures".

There are nine ways to identify mental fatigue, namely 1, lazy in the morning, heavy limbs and bad mood. 2, activity learning is not exciting, too lazy to do anything, unwilling to talk. 3. There are many homework errors and low efficiency. 4, easy to be neurotic, angry for the little things that are not satisfactory. 5, dizziness, headache, dizziness, backache, nausea, etc. 6, eyes are prone to fatigue, slow vision, cloudy eyes, eyelids trembling. 7. It's easy to get sleepy and can't sleep. 8, constipation or diarrhea (high fear, high anxiety). 9, no appetite, picky eaters, taste changes quickly.

The prevention and solution of psychological fatigue in learning are as follows:

1, use classroom teaching to relieve learning psychological fatigue. The duration should be short, with intervals, from shallow to deep, flexible and diverse, monotonous and easy to fatigue.

2. Arrange the study reasonably according to the study rules. According to the three rhythms of human biology, two or three classes every Tuesday and Wednesday and every morning and afternoon are the best time and the highest learning efficiency. Classes with high mental requirements should be arranged, and the fourth class and the last class are the least efficient every day. Especially, when arranging courses, we should consider the different study fatigue values of various subjects, and evenly distribute the courses that are most prone to fatigue, such as mathematics and physical education, cultural courses such as foreign language history, geography, physics and chemistry, livelihood, and practical courses such as sound and beauty experiments, which can effectively prevent and alleviate students' study fatigue.

The most important thing is to ensure the time for rest and sleep. According to the relationship table between age and sleep, we can see that 12 is 9.8 hours, 13 is 9.6 hours and 14 is 9.25 hours. Of course, rest is not equal to sleep, which can be divided into quiet rest, that is, passive sleep and repose, or active rest, that is, active and slight physical activity and interactive rest, that is, alternating learning content and activities (such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, science and arts), which can reduce fatigue and improve efficiency. Here, experts particularly emphasized several phenomena related to rest: the best amount of sleep is the amount of slow-moving sleep. Lunch break is proactive inhibition and proactive inhibition, with high efficiency. Burning the midnight oil is not worth the candle. Don't procrastinate, let students have time to stand up and move their limbs. It is not a good teacher who procrastinates.

4. Ensure adequate and reasonable nutrition.

Learning to use background music can effectively eliminate fatigue. For example, Lozanov's teaching method, Fantasia, Blue Danube, Haydn Suite, Water Music, Debussy's Orchestral Suite, Sea, Pastoral Fourth Movement, Moonlight on a Spring River, etc.

6. Exercise properly. We are used to sitting, leaning forward and hooking our heads. We want students to do fatigue exercises properly, move their necks, upper and lower limbs, and expand their chests and take deep breaths. Let the blood circulation of students' sedentary lower limbs be smooth, relieve superficial breathing and reduce cervical fatigue.
