Ministry of Health: 1. Responsible for drafting occupational disease prevention laws and regulations, occupational disease prevention planning, and organizing the formulation and release of national occupational health standards in conjunction with the General Administration of Safety Supervision, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other relevant departments. 2. Responsible for the supervision and management of occupational disease diagnosis and identification. 3. Organize key occupational disease monitoring and special investigation, carry out occupational health risk assessment, and study and put forward occupational disease prevention and control countermeasures. 4. Responsible for the qualification identification, supervision and management of technical service institutions such as chemical toxicity identification, personal dose monitoring, radiation protection equipment and radioactive product detection; Examining and approving medical and health institutions that undertake occupational health examination and occupational disease diagnosis, and implementing supervision and management to standardize occupational disease examination and treatment; Strengthen the construction of occupational disease prevention and control institutions in conjunction with relevant departments. 5. Responsible for the supervision and management of radioactive hazard control in medical institutions. 6. Responsible for the management and release of occupational disease reports, and organize scientific research on occupational disease prevention and control. 7. Organize publicity and education on occupational disease prevention laws and regulations and prevention knowledge, and carry out health promotion for occupational groups.

General Administration of Safety Supervision: 1. Draft relevant regulations on occupational health monitoring, and formulate relevant regulations on occupational health monitoring of employers. Organize the formulation of national occupational health standards, such as employer's occupational hazard factors, engineering control, occupational protection facilities, individual occupational protection and other related standards. 2. Be responsible for the occupational health supervision and inspection of the employing unit, and supervise the employing unit to implement the national laws, regulations and standards on occupational disease prevention and control according to law. Organize investigation and handling of occupational hazard accidents and illegal acts. 3. Be responsible for the "three simultaneities" review, supervision and inspection of occupational health for new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects, technical transformation and technology introduction projects. Responsible for the supervision and management of the employer's declaration of occupational hazards. 4. Responsible for the issuance of occupational health and safety licenses according to law. Responsible for the qualification identification, supervision and management of technical service institutions for occupational health testing and evaluation. Organize, guide, supervise and inspect relevant occupational health training. 5. Responsible for supervision and inspection, and urge the employing unit to establish management systems such as detection and evaluation of occupational hazard factors, occupational health monitoring of workers and related occupational health examinations according to law; Supervise, inspect and urge the employing units to provide relevant certification materials such as the contact relationship between workers' health damage and occupational history and occupational hazards. 6. Be responsible for summarizing and analyzing information such as detection and evaluation of occupational hazard factors and occupational health monitoring of workers, and providing occupational health supervision and inspection to relevant departments and institutions.

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: 1. Responsible for supervising the performance of the labor contract and urging the employer to sign the labor contract according to law. 2. According to the diagnosis results of occupational diseases, do a good job in social security for patients with occupational diseases.

All-China Federation of Trade Unions: Participate in the investigation and handling of occupational hazard accidents according to law, reflect the demands of workers for occupational health, put forward opinions and suggestions, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Legal basis: According to Article 5 of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health in Workplaces, state administration of work safety is responsible for the supervision and administration of occupational health of employers nationwide according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the responsibilities stipulated by the State Council. The safety production supervision and management departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the occupational health of the employing units within their respective administrative areas in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the duties stipulated by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
