Investigation experience

In order to know more social facts and increase our knowledge, we often have the opportunity to participate in some research activities. What kind of experience will you have after the activity The following is my "research experience" for everyone, for reference only, and you are welcome to read it.

The research experience has come true. Thanks to the efforts of our team members, the research activities for one or two months have been successfully concluded. I am deeply touched, and the feeling of the content of practical activities will never be forgotten. I have roughly summarized the following points:

First, this research activity made me personally realize the great role of teamwork. After all, personal ability is limited, and it is difficult to get twice the result with half the effort in the form of teamwork. In the early stage of this activity, we conducted it as a team, and each questionnaire survey had a clear division of labor, including interviews, records and photos. Only with close cooperation can the investigation be successfully completed and perfected. Let us feel the team spirit and charm personally and improve our ability to adapt to the team. Recognize the great potential and role of teamwork. Before this, although I have seen this word many times in books, and the teacher has emphasized team spirit many times in class, what I have not experienced personally cannot be deeply imprinted in my mind. I also learned to be good at communicating with others, express my ideas accurately, listen to others' opinions patiently and absorb others' ideas reasonably. Another point must not be ignored: trust team members and build mutual trust.

At the same time, through this research activity, we have a deep understanding of the operation principle of traffic lights and deepened our road traffic knowledge framework. This questionnaire is aimed at the general public. Through the empirical study of the roads with heavy traffic flow in Hefei, and the analysis of the model of signal light change time and traffic congestion time, it is concluded that the root of traffic congestion in big cities is the current situation of urban traffic management, thus calling on relevant traffic planning, design and management departments to pay attention to the "green" of cities. Looking back on the day when the questionnaire survey was launched, the strength and unity of our team were everywhere. In the face of huge work, none of us complain, and each of us is a very responsible person. Although doing the questionnaire survey is very tiring, we are very happy, happy, sweaty and successful. Through this questionnaire survey, we learned to face, persist and cooperate. In the hot summer, we experienced our hearts.

Third, our own eloquence has been improved. Pay attention to the context and tone when talking with pedestrians, correct inappropriate places in time, and learn to speak boldly and confidently in the investigation. At the same time, we are fully aware of the lack of knowledge and limited vision. In this survey, Ben had many ideas, but because of our limited knowledge, we had to give up. For example, our group originally intended to use spss to improve our investigation report, but due to the limitation of professional knowledge, we had to give up. In other words, we must strengthen our study in the future, not only in specialized courses, but also in all aspects, so as to increase our knowledge and horizons and expand our abilities.

Fourthly, this research activity made us realize the importance of choosing a topic. After this research activity, I feel that some practical topics must be done in doing research, and the topics that are helpful to the respondents can be win-win and get something for nothing. There must be operability, no operability, or low operability, which is really difficult. I think the most important thing is to learn different ways of thinking. Because everyone has different life experiences, different circumstances and different education, especially different angles of thinking, it is natural to have different views on things. This time, through the communication with group friends, even quarreling, we got a brand-new feeling brought by different ways of thinking: our understanding of things is more comprehensive, objective and scientific, and we are no longer one-sided, subjective and casual as before. Fifth, do things in a planned way. Before conducting research activities, we should list how much time we have, how much time we plan to spend, what we must do and what we can do. There is also a profound experience in this investigation and practice: only by continuous learning and in-depth thinking can we find the source of wisdom; It's no use reading dead books. We should integrate theory with practice and apply what we have learned.

This is our first contact and participation in the traffic survey. In this activity, we designed a questionnaire with team member * * *, distributed and recovered 50 questionnaires, and undertook the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and the writing of the survey report with team member * * *. Finally, we completed the revision and improvement of the draft. I think this is a great challenge and motivation for myself. We will do our best to do the research report activities well. Not only will we lay a foundation for our future social practice, but each of us will take this practice as a point to sum up more experiences and shortcomings, create more opportunities for future practice, benefit ourselves from it, become an excellent college student as soon as possible, become a useful talent for the country and society, and realize our own value.

This short and substantial research activity, I think, has played a role as a bridge to the society, and the transitional role is an important experience and step in my life, which will also be of great help to my future work. Some basic principles of being a man, such as seeking advice with an open mind and civilized communication, should be conscientiously implemented in real life, and good habits should be constantly cultivated in real life. The experience and knowledge gained during this period are valuable assets in my life. This survey also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain a good relationship with the group. To do things, we must first learn to be a man, understand the truth of being a man, and how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society. For a person who is about to enter the society, there are many things to learn. Practice is the best way for students to contact society, understand society, serve society and practice themselves with what they have learned. Practice it yourself, not behind closed doors. It has achieved a leap from theory to practice and then to theory. Enhance the ability to understand, analyze and solve problems. It has laid a good foundation for knowing, understanding and stepping into society. At the same time, we need to arm ourselves with knowledge and enrich ourselves with books in the future study, so as to lay a more solid foundation for serving the society in the future.

"Life is hard, practice makes perfect". Through this kind of social practice, we gradually understand the society, broaden our horizons, increase our talents, realize our position in social practice, find our own shortcomings and objectively evaluate our own values. This invisibly gives us a correct orientation for our future and strengthens our confidence and perseverance in studying knowledge hard and combining with society. For college students who are about to enter the society, they should enter the society as early as possible, know the society and adapt to it. Social investigation and practice of college students is an important stage for college students to hone their character, increase their talents and achieve all-round development. Here we really exercised ourselves and made better preparations for entering the society in the future. If there is an opportunity, I will participate in such activities more actively in the future.

"Come from the masses, go to the masses". In this social practice, we also had a heart-to-heart talk with many people, and our thoughts collided with new sparks. I have learned a lot of things that books can't learn, learned rich nutrition, understood the true meaning of "from the masses, to the masses", and realized that only by going to the grassroots in practice and linking personal destiny with the development of society and the country is the correct way for college students to grow into talents.

This practical activity has enriched our practical experience and improved our teamwork ability. Through this practice, we have a better understanding of society. This practical activity is of far-reaching significance and will help us all our lives. As college students in 2 1 century, social practice is a good form to guide us out of school, into society and into society. We should seize the good opportunity to train exercise talents; Improve one's self-cultivation and establish the thought and consciousness of serving the society. At the same time, we should set up lofty ideals, define our own goals and contribute to the development of the motherland.

The ten-day investigation is over. Recalling the clear water of the Yinjiang River in Tongren and the blue sky in southeastern Guizhou, we will always give up those simple and enthusiastic people, not because we are sad, but because we are unforgettable. The folk customs of two counties and ten villages have left a strong imprint on our hearts.

This is my second time to participate in the survey, and I am an old team member. For me, it's different roles and different feelings. I feel lucky and more grateful. So, I want to thank Mr. Ning Ying and all the "Iron Wolves" in the three groups for their care all the way. I like the earnest and down-to-earth manner of each of you, the passionate charm of each of you, and the natural and true self of each of you. All the words, I think, can't compare with the friendship of "I am the only true prophet in the audience and killed this iron wolf"! I hate saying goodbye, so I keep my emotions in my heart, just for the next better meeting.

This survey, compared with the first time I was at a loss and confused, I learned more about poverty alleviation, rural development and poor households, and more and more realized that it is not easy to successfully implement a policy. I can't help but admire all the people who have devoted themselves to this cause. Maybe my words can't write anything meaningful, but I still want to record it.

Before departure, Mr. Li Fei told all our team members that we should first understand the content of the precise poverty alleviation policy. You may not have a deep feeling at first, but when you go deep into the countryside and face the farmers in person, this feeling will be particularly strong. As a collector of first-hand information, you really need to do your homework if you want to be objective. We need to understand the whole strategic framework of precise poverty alleviation, so as to better feel the meaning of poverty definition and the achievements of poverty alleviation mechanism. From what I have seen and heard, the coverage of our two insurance companies has been very wide. But what is the standard for the next stage? How to improve the better distribution mechanism of material resources, how to provide higher-level education and medical services, and how to reduce farmers' vulnerability to risks all need better answers. This is really smooth sailing, and Li-Peng Wan still has a long way to go!

After entering the household, there are two phenomena that make people think deeply. The first is the composition of farmers' family income. Cao Jinqing wrote a passage in China by the Yellow River: There are three ways to increase the total agricultural output. One is to expand the area of cultivated land, the other is to improve efficiency through scale operation, and the third is to increase unit output. However, due to the continuous population pressure on cultivated land in China for hundreds of years, it is impossible to take the road of large-scale agriculture. History stipulates that we can only take the road of increasing unit output, and we can only continue along this road in the future, and it is difficult to have other choices. What I see is that the income of ordinary farmers' families is mainly migrant workers, and it can only be migrant workers. Farmers choose millet per mu1000-2,000 kg to ensure that the whole family can eat well and go out to work to earn 20,000-30,000 yuan for their children to study, get married and build houses. Obviously, they chose the latter. Increasing yield per unit area should reach its peak under the promotion of scientific planting and breeding technology. A few farmers who do not choose to go out to work are obviously large breeders, and among these large breeders, more choose to grow cash crops, such as tea, or raise chickens and ducks on a large scale? . The profit period of cash crops is long, the risk of raising poultry is high, and the start-up capital requirement of large-scale aquaculture is high. From this point of view, it is indeed far-sighted, but we have to admit that how to better promote farmers' production in an efficient organizational model in policy implementation has difficulties and challenges that we are far from expecting.

Second, the forming factors of farmers' comprehensive quality, geographical location is really important. A good geographical location determines what kind of education, medical care and social resources you can enjoy, which is not for people to decide. Aside from the objective conditions of geographical location, there are also farmers' own civilized ability. If we blindly choose the circular thinking mode of "raising baby-herding cattle and raising baby", it is not conducive to policy implementation and efficiency improvement. In the process of top-down policy, it is hard to imagine how much efforts local governments, grassroots cadres and farmers have made. When we do the questionnaire, we may be tired of why the farmer doesn't know this and that. We will question whether the helper has not explained anything, and we will also be angry about why the policy propaganda is not in place. However, in the process of doing the questionnaire, when we try to make farmers understand a policy by turning it into a variety of easy-to-understand questions, when we don't understand farmers' voices because of language exchange and cultural differences, we begin to understand that it is always easier said than done.

Experience from the survey: After experiencing the baptism of the scorching sun and rain, we ended the one-week (July 4th-10) summer social practice survey. Our main purpose this time is to understand the happiness of rural residents in Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, and their overall satisfaction with life. Generally speaking, the activity went smoothly. Although some farmers refused, most farmers were enthusiastic and able to cooperate with us to complete the survey. We have also launched this activity from all aspects. Depending on where we go to investigate, different groups will go in different directions every day. At noon, we will have rice together (the food is really good) to discuss and summarize. After the break, we will continue our investigation in the next village. Although there is a big sun on our heads most of the time, it doesn't stop us from starting our research activities along the country road with an umbrella.

Rural issues have always been the most concerned issue of the country, and occupied land is also a concern of rural farmers now. Moreover, with the continuous expansion of the construction of small towns, a large number of agricultural land will be requisitioned for construction land. In fact, this is also an important infrastructure construction in the new countryside, which should have been accepted and supported by the farmers. However, because the compensation policies of different projects are not unified, it will also cause farmers' incomprehension and dissatisfaction. In some villages surveyed, when we mention land, they still complain a lot and think that subsidies are not in place. In fact, the above policies have been given very well, and the funds allocated have also been allocated. As for how much farmers finally get, they can probably know the reason, so they can understand their difficulties.

And some well-developed villages are almost all towns and villages now. Although their land has been occupied, almost every family has given corresponding subsidies and will also help them repair their houses. They usually start from two floors, so their lives are better than those of farmers with less land subsidies. Moreover, next to the land, some corresponding roads will be occupied and more roads will be widened, and the houses built next to the roads will also face the fate of being demolished. Some farmers who have been demolished will be arranged to live in their homes, but the subsidies have not yet reached them, so they will have a lot of complaints. Everyone doesn't want to own their own house. We can understand their feelings, but we can't help them solve this problem. We can only say that it may take some time to help them solve these difficulties. No matter how they live now, we also believe that in the near future, the above policies will make every farmer live a good life and enjoy the happiness he deserves.

In fact, for their farmers, there is not much problem with food and shelter. What they want is a better life. In several villages we investigated, we found that most of the land was planted with fruits, such as grapes and plums. They also sell some fruits to maintain their usual expenses. It is not enough for farmers who have not bought insurance to rely solely on their children's money for working outside the home. As for buying insurance, not all farmers can buy it, just a certain number of places and some corresponding conditions. Only in this way will there be a gap between the rich and the poor between villages, but it will not be too different. In fact, in terms of life, it depends on how farmers live. We can't say whether they are good or bad. For them, a happy life is enough.

Although most rural areas have roads, natural gas and running water, a small number of villages have no running water and natural gas, and they still need to burn wood for a living. Obviously it is a big village, but due to the problem of a small river in the middle, the pipeline is not good for every farmer, and their roads have not been well maintained. The once good asphalt road has now become a dead end, but they have not lost much hope for life for this reason. Fortunately, they are not far from the town. If they want to go to the market, they can go to the market When there is nothing to do, it is not bad for a group of people to dance square dance and chat at home in the town.

Everyone will get sick, and for them, medical care is quite good. Most people who go to see a doctor will be reimbursed accordingly, and for some elderly people, they will also get some free regular checkups. And some just arrange some people to be inspected every quarter. For them, what the region has done in this regard is still relatively in place, at least ensuring their health. If you are in poor health, it is meaningless to have other things that are too good.

Generally speaking, this activity is still very good, and it also makes me personally realize the great role of teamwork. After all, personal ability is limited, and it is more efficient to act together. Although doing the questionnaire survey is very tiring, we are very happy, very happy, very sweaty and very successful. We have learned persistence and cooperation. In the hot summer, we experienced a mental journey together. I also gradually learned about society and broadened my horizons. Such activities can make us really exercise ourselves and make better preparations for entering the society in the future. Of course, if there is such an opportunity in the future, I believe I will participate more actively and hone myself!

Research experience. When I was at school, I was very excited to learn that I would go to xx County for investigation during the winter vacation. After all, this is the first time in my life, and it is quite attractive to me who likes to try new things, so I am waiting for the research with great expectation.

At the beginning of the investigation, we did a lot of preparatory work. We searched the related materials of counterpart support in Gannan, and also made questionnaires and interview outlines for different targets. These tasks take us more time. At that time, there will be some internal conflicts. After all, it took too much time and energy. With the revision and discussion of the questionnaire and interview outline again and again, we finally finished the preparatory work in the early stage.

Yesterday at 65438+ 10/month 13, 20xx, I started my research trip under the leadership of my teacher, senior and senior. This is my first time to participate in research, and it is also my first time to come to this red land of Gannan. Today, we successfully completed the first day of investigation, which suddenly made me realize the importance of preparation. Now that I think about it, without the careful preparation in the early stage and the strict requirements of Mr. Liu and Mr. Gong Xuechang, today's investigation could not be so smooth, and there may be unexpected situations. This is the place where I felt the deepest on my first day of investigation. Perhaps, this is the so-called "everything is ready, only the east wind"!

On the first day of the investigation, it didn't seem as chaotic as expected. All the work is going on in an orderly way. In teacher Liu's words, it is efficient. I think this is due to two things. First, detailed preparations were made in the early stage. As I said before, the second one is the team. Although the number of research teams is small and each team has its own tasks, each of us has a clear division of labor and arranged the work in advance. On this basis, not only the team members cooperate with each other, but also the team members cooperate with each other, which greatly improves the efficiency of our research.

On the first day of investigation, the two places I felt most were the importance of preparation and team work. I knew the importance of these two things more or less before, but this survey made me deeply realize this, which is also the significance of this survey. Reading thousands of books and taking Wan Li Road, I believe that the following research will make me realize something more meaningful, and I'm really glad you came!

The research experience shows that the research activities have been carried out for almost half a semester in the first five years, and the research objects have changed several times, from the beginning to the later, and finally the finished products are displayed. It can be said that this is the longest survey we have done so far. No matter what the evaluation is, we have gained a lot in this long-term and constant process of criticism and correction.

Let me first talk about the characteristics of this research activity. The first is the long time. In the past, when doing competitions, it was often three to five days to complete a plan, but this time it took time, which is a small record for ourselves. I remember that when Mr. Liu introduced the writing process of Mr. Zhang's thesis in class, it was estimated that it would take two or three years to complete. This is the most intuitive way to feel how to do a research with your heart. I also know that a good thing really needs hard work. I can't take my chances, I can only muddle along.

The second is major. This is a project of network economics, which is bound to be linked to e-commerce, so it will limit the topic selection. The content we usually pay attention to can be vast, but whether it is really worth studying professionally (temporarily counting as a professional reserve) is debatable.

This involves the usual concerns, interests, and ways of thinking about attention. Generally speaking, we are used to it and lack the ability to discover, analyze and evaluate things with professional eyes. This is our state when the research activities have not started at all. Now, I understand a little, at least "the master leads the door". How to improve my professional skills in the future depends on how I treat it.

I also learned a lot in the whole process, the most important thing is the awakening of professional consciousness.

After the completion of the research activities, I feel relieved, because the tangled process has finally been completed; Suddenly there was a feeling that I was so ignorant; There is a feeling of wanting more. If you really insist on doing this theme, what problems and gains will there be?

I don't know what problems and gains there will be. I can only do it all the way, pragmatically and professionally!
