What's the difference between tuberculosis and cold? !

There is still a big difference between tuberculosis and colds ... although some of their symptoms are similar.

The common cold usually begins with acute symptoms, such as headache, stuffy nose, runny nose and cough. When combined with upper respiratory tract infection, symptoms such as expectoration and fever may occur. The differential count of white blood cells in hemogram increased, mainly neutrophils.

The prominent symptoms of tuberculosis are low fever, night sweats, fatigue and emaciation.

If you are not at ease, you can have a chest X-ray. Generally speaking, the lungs will not change significantly because of a cold. Lung texture infiltration and thickening can occur in the early stage of pulmonary tuberculosis, and calcification and tuberculoma can occur in the later stage.
