Urban and rural registered workers (except full-time students and employees of government agencies and institutions) and migrant workers from other provinces (male 16-60 years old, female 16-55 years old) living in Shenzhen within the legal working age have obtained the national vocational qualification certificate, special vocational ability certificate, computer information high-tech certificate and professional technical qualification certificate issued by Guangdong Province (see Annex 65433 for the job catalogue). Individuals who apply for skills upgrading training subsidies must issue qualification certificates to participate in vocational training, realize skills upgrading and obtain qualification certificates after May 2065, and can also apply for living allowance (tentative 500 yuan). Industry organizations in this Municipality organize employees in this industry to participate in free post training in this industry, and obtain professional qualification certificates issued by Shenzhen to enjoy provincial-level labor skills upgrading training subsidies. 3. Enterprises in this Municipality organize employees to participate in free training, and obtain professional qualification certificates issued by Shenzhen to enjoy provincial-level labor skills upgrading training subsidies.
