The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The charging standard for after-school service in primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage in Kaifeng City is that each student does not exceed 2 yuan per hour, and children from poor families and families with special difficulties who have set up a file to participate in after-school service free of charge.
Second, after-school service should follow the wishes of students and parents, whether to participate in it is voluntarily chosen by students and parents, and they should not be forced or disguised to participate, and should not refuse or discourage qualified students from participating in delayed service for any reason.
Three, after-school service should adhere to the public welfare orientation, not for profit. The service fee charged for after-school service must be included in the management of the school's financial accounts, and the specific expenditure scope shall be subject to the plan approved by the education administrative department.
It is strictly forbidden for schools to collect fees in the name of "after-school service", and they may not intercept, misappropriate or occupy them for any reason, and may not collect after-school service fees through parent committees and training institutions.
