Definition of health certificate
1. According to the Food Safety Law, the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and operation, public service, cosmetics, disposable medical care products and other professional production, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and child care institutions must hold health certificates.
2. The diseases mainly involved in health examination include dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. Those who are diagnosed with these diseases are not allowed to engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public bathrooms and other work that directly serves customers.
3. On June 1 day, 2009, China formally implemented the new Food Safety Law, and on July 20th, China issued the implementing regulations to allow hepatitis B virus carriers to engage in the food industry.
4. Health certificate inspection items: routine internal medicine and surgical physical examination; Liver function (alt); Stool culture (dysentery, typhoid Bacillus), chest fluoroscopy.

Health certificate processing flow
1. Have a physical examination before applying for a health certificate. Take two one-inch color photos with ID card and personal bareheaded, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is for health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender; Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test; Routine physical examination of internal medicine and surgery; X-ray chest x-ray; Complete all physical examination items.
2. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, a health certificate shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
