Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients.
Health certificate refers to the pre-post, pre-post and age-appropriate health examination for personnel engaged in food and drinking water production and management, personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production, personnel who directly serve customers in public places, hazardous workers, radiation workers and school students according to the provisions of national health laws and regulations.
Health certificate processing:

Two, physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates shall not be issued. After passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions, I will go to the health supervision office of the health bureau under my jurisdiction to apply for a health certificate with my bareheaded color photo.

Regulations on health management in public places
Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the following public places:
(1) Hotels, restaurants, hotels, guest houses, chariots and horses shops, cafes, bars and teahouses;
(2) Public bathrooms, barber shops and beauty salons;
(three) theaters, video halls (rooms), recreation halls (rooms), dance halls and concert halls;
(4) stadiums (gymnasiums), swimming pools (gymnasiums) and parks;
(5) Exhibition halls, museums, art galleries and libraries;
(6) Shopping malls (shops) and bookstores;
(seven) waiting room, waiting room (plane, ship), public transport.
Seventh people who directly serve customers in public places must hold a "health certificate" before they can engage in their own work. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
Article 45 Paragraph 1 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement a health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
