However, the development of mental health education in schools is not an easy task, and the current situation is not very optimistic, which needs further in-depth research and improvement. In recent years, more and more places and schools have carried out mental health education, and some institutions in society have also actively participated in this work. It is a good thing that everyone attaches importance to mental health education, but there is a trend now, that is, expanding the data of students' mental health indefinitely to improve the "value" of mental health education. Although there are no formal mental health education institutions and special education courses in our school at present, school leaders and student affairs offices often urge teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of students' sound personality. Teachers pay attention to moral education (especially students' emotional experience) in their own subject teaching, especially the class teacher. They use a variety of methods and means, such as carrying out various class and team activities, extracurricular activities and voluntary labor, holding some knowledge lectures, individual conversations, giving care and help to educate and influence the students in this class, and trying their best to make them grow up happily and healthily. As a matter of fact, teachers in our school have paid attention to students' mental health education.
