Why is there no work code on my health certificate?

A health certificate is a health examination certificate, which proves that you had a health examination in a certain year and month. It mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which greatly protects the health of employees and customers.

The types of work codes are indicated by English capital letters A to F respectively:

A: People who directly serve customers in public places B: People who are engaged in the production and operation of drinking water C: People who are directly engaged in the production of cosmetics D: People who are engaged in the fields of food circulation and consumption (including the production and processing of health food and the production of box lunch) E: People who are engaged in food production and processing enterprises F: Others (referring to those who are not explicitly engaged in the above work).

Your health certificate code is D. According to the above regulations, you can't be a waiter in a restaurant. Only those who get an A can be waiters in restaurants.
