1. 1 Population and family planning files can promote the effect of family planning law enforcement.
At present, China has corresponding laws and regulations to manage family planning, such as the Population and Family Planning Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Family Planning of Floating Population. Through the implementation of these laws, China has a basis for family planning. However, in order to achieve good results in practice, these laws need corresponding file management measures to ensure them. Only by establishing a sound file management system can we truly reflect the information of family planning population and strengthen the implementation of family planning law enforcement. From this perspective, the management of population and family planning files can promote the effect of family planning law enforcement.
1.2 Family planning files are conducive to balancing the interests of family planning.
Family planning has a great interest chain, which is designed to benefit many parties. Therefore, it is necessary to actively organize archivists to participate in business training and new technology classes, improve the knowledge structure and overall level of archivists, pay attention to strengthening the concept of archival information, and improve the ability of archival information service. In the implementation of education and training, we should adopt a multi-form and multi-level school-running mode, emphasize pertinence and practicability, do a good job in the demand investigation of training content, combine training content with practical work, formulate corresponding training plans according to the post responsibilities and quality requirements of personnel in different positions, increase the proportion of computer knowledge, strengthen the construction of departments and departments in library science, information science and other related disciplines, attach importance to the application of network knowledge, and set appropriate class hours for archives specialty. Teach new knowledge, new technology and new skills of archives, so that archivists can keep abreast of the trends of archives research, the development trend of archives work and the application of modern information technology in archives work, further expand the learning field and update the knowledge structure.
4 conclusion
This paper systematically discusses the significance, present situation and existing problems of family planning file management. However, the management of family planning archives is a relatively systematic project. It is obviously impossible to achieve good results by relying on a single department and a single means of management. Government departments need to standardize through various channels to form a certain management synergy, so as to realize the real standardization of family planning file management and provide the most accurate information for population management in China.
