2065438+On July 24th, 2009, Suzhou Municipal Government issued "Opinions on Further Improving the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in the City", which adjusted the residents' housing purchase policy. In order to accurately grasp the spirit of the purchase documents of outstanding talents in the park, the Park Planning and Construction Committee and the Park Talent Office have supplemented and interpreted the conditions for non-local households to apply for preferential purchase of commercial housing in the park as follows:
Suzhou 7.24 Original Regulation Policy: When applying for buying houses in Suzhou, Kunshan, Taicang 1, families who are not registered in this city should provide proof that they have paid personal income tax or social insurance (urban social insurance) continuously for two years or more in Suzhou in the first three years from the date of purchase.
Preferential policies for talents' housing in the former park: those who have been employed and started businesses in the park and paid social security or individual tax continuously 12 months or more, and individuals and families (including minor children) have no undergraduate or above talents with their own housing in Suzhou, or other high-level talents who are in short supply as recognized by the talent office of the park.
Interpretation: Residents who apply to buy excellent houses in the park should first meet the real estate control policies of Suzhou and have the qualification to buy houses, that is, non-local residents must pay personal income tax or social insurance (urban social insurance) for two years or more in Suzhou within the first three years from the date of buying houses, and the last 12 months should be paid in the park. Other conditions remain unchanged.
