A wonderful speech on sports and health

First, renew ideas and raise awareness.

Understanding the new curriculum reform through the special training of the new curriculum teaching reform;

1, the new curriculum standard, embodies the people-oriented thought. That is, physical education teaching starts from the development and needs of students. According to the guiding ideology of curriculum reform, students are the constructors of knowledge. Learning is a process of experience reorganization and re-understanding. In this process, students are autonomous learners. When students come to school, they should not passively accept knowledge, but actively construct knowledge. Through independent knowledge construction activities, students' creativity, potential and talents can be brought into play, their emotions can be cultivated and their personality can be developed.

2. Establish the idea of "health first", embody the "three-dimensional" health concept of body, mind and society, and realize the goals of sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation.

3. The teaching method requires innovation, openness and liberalization, pays attention to cultivating students' interest, adopts inquiry teaching and situational teaching, and attaches importance to the guidance of students' learning methods.

4. Reform the evaluation system, change the screening and selection function of evaluation, and play the role of evaluation in promoting students' development and improving teachers' teaching practice.

5. Actively develop school-based curriculum and explore the teaching content that students like and conform to the characteristics of the region, the school and teachers themselves. It should be pointed out that the development of school-based curriculum is a collective behavior of the school, that is, under the unified leadership of the school principal, it is developed according to the school-based curriculum development plan, not the individual behavior of teachers.

6. The course is experience. Curriculum is not just a ready-made textbook, but a learning opportunity provided by teachers for students, which is the experience generated by teacher-student interaction. Courses include not only knowledge, but also the main activity process of learners' possession and acquisition of knowledge. Curriculum knowledge is constructed and generated in active social interaction.

7. Textbooks are examples. In the past, we always regarded teaching materials as the condensation and reappearance of subject knowledge system, and teaching materials were the carrier of subject knowledge. The essence of this textbook view is "textbooks are knowledge". Therefore, the learning content in the textbook must be conclusive, and the knowledge or recognized principles, rules and theorems in a certain field will exclude controversial issues and leave no room for students to play and discuss. This "subject-centered" or "academic-centered" view of teaching materials, which is far from the life situation, is far from the basic theory of the new curriculum of basic education in China. With the development of the new curriculum, the concept of teaching materials has turned to "demonstration", that is, teaching materials are regarded as an example to guide students' cognitive development, life study and personality construction, rather than the objects and contents that students must fully accept, but to arouse students' cognition, analysis and understanding of things and their reflection, criticism and construction of meaning.

Second, the practice process.

1, understand the students. After freshmen enter the school, they should start with introducing the goals that teachers hope to achieve, work out classroom rules with students, conduct teaching surveys, understand students' hobbies and sports foundation, and finally determine their learning goals.

2. Make a teaching plan. According to the survey of students and the "Three Standards of Physical Education and Health", the teaching objectives of the school year and semester are determined. For example, ball teaching, basketball and football teaching plan will complete basic technical teaching in the first semester according to the school's venue and equipment conditions, students' interests and other factors, and meet the three-level requirements: basically master one or two ball sports skills and tactics. The future teaching will focus on consolidation and improvement.

3. Initially determine the evaluation plan. According to the requirements of curriculum reform and considering operability, the evaluation scheme of sports and health is preliminarily determined. For example, sports theory survey: students make their own propositions, write their own answers, fill in the self-evaluation, and the teacher scores.

4. Try to adapt to the teaching requirements of the new school. New teachers, new schools and new students should adapt to the new environment as soon as possible according to the requirements of the new curriculum and explore the classroom forms that students like. About 10 class was spent this semester. After teaching new radio exercises, I learned about students' hobbies and sports ability. I found that boys prefer ball games, while girls are not interested in ball games, but like teachers to organize game activities. Teaching activities are designed according to students' characteristics, and the effect is obvious.

Third, some experiences after the new curriculum practice.

The concept of classroom has changed.

1, the classroom is not a stage for teachers to perform, but a stage for teachers and students to communicate and interact. In the past, we often compared teachers' classroom behavior to stage performance art, regarded the classroom as a stage for teachers' performance, and thought that teachers only needed to perform in place. In fact, performance can be non-interactive and non-communicative, and teaching must be carried out by means of communication. Only in truly effective communication and interaction can the knowledge acquired by students be internalized, the ability to grow up be real and the emotion cultivated be real. From this point of view, the standard to measure a class is not only whether the teacher's behavior is generous and whether the time control is reasonable, but more importantly, the degree and level of students' interaction. Ways and achievements of communication and interaction.

2. The classroom is not a place to train students, but a place to guide their development. It is a common phenomenon in our classroom to equate training with teaching and regard training as the main behavior in the classroom. This phenomenon ignores students' initiative and individual differences, and physical education teaching needs practice and more interest. There are two ways to acquire knowledge: one is for students to find knowledge, and the other is for students to find knowledge. The former is to reproduce knowledge in the classroom on the premise of careful "processing" of knowledge, and mainly to impart knowledge in unit time. The latter is to guide students to explore knowledge on the basis of careful analysis of students, so that students can eventually become the owners of knowledge.

3. The classroom is not only a place to impart knowledge, but also a place to explore knowledge. It is the expectation of the development of the times to let students learn to learn, master learning skills, form the habit of constantly seeking knowledge and form the necessary quality of lifelong learning. The purpose of our physical education curriculum reform is to cultivate students' awareness and habits of lifelong physical education, and also to let students appreciate the value of physical exercise and firmly establish the concept of lifelong physical education.

4. The classroom is not the place where teachers' teaching behavior is modeled, but the place where teachers' educational wisdom is fully displayed. The classroom scene is extremely complicated. From different angles, the classroom presents different scenes, and the classroom is always in a state of change. Teachers are required to constantly adjust their behavior according to the changing situation and put students at the starting point and core position. Only when students move and situations move can the classroom be lively.

There is a great choice of teaching content. Teachers can organize teaching according to the actual situation of schools and students. According to the curriculum standard of Physical Education and Health, teachers are more flexible in dealing with teaching contents and teaching materials, and carry out teaching according to students' needs.

Reform of evaluation mode: the evaluation function has changed from focusing on screening and selection to encouraging and feedback adjustment. The new curriculum embodies the people-oriented concept, requires the combination of self-model evaluation and normative evaluation, and attaches importance to students' progress. Through practice, students' enthusiasm and independent consciousness have been obviously improved.

Physical education is related to physical health. This paper puts forward the three-dimensional health concept of body, psychology and society and the goals of five fields, requiring teachers to consider more and more carefully in the teaching process and make full use of classroom teaching to promote students' all-round development.

Pay attention to the cultivation of students' interest. In teaching practice, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' interests and form special skills to lay a good foundation for students' lifelong sports. Pay attention to students' interest in class, students' learning performance is positive and serious, and the learning effect is good.

The situation of teacher-student interaction and equal participation in the classroom is more vivid. There are various classroom forms now, and students often discuss, evaluate and communicate, so that everyone can improve together. Teachers are mostly encouraging languages, learning a wide range of content, and students' interest and enthusiasm are higher than before.

Strengthen guidance. The new curriculum requires students to actively participate in teaching, speak and act independently, express their opinions, and pay attention to guidance in the process. In order to prevent this situation, teachers pay great attention to protecting students' self-esteem and enthusiasm. The words and deeds between classmates hurt another student's self-confidence and should be corrected in time.

Teachers should try more teaching methods. In teaching practice, we should try various teaching methods or provide students with their favorite practice methods to improve the teaching effect. At the same time, PE teachers should change from coaching to sparring.

Fourth, the problems encountered in the curriculum reform:

1, to improve the quality of physical education teachers, on the one hand, learning attitude, on the other hand, learning time.

2. There is little practical experience for reference. Because it is a new thing, there are few existing teaching materials and methods. Many teachers have this question: How should the new curriculum be taught? But from another perspective, it is both a challenge and an opportunity for every teacher. The practices and ideas we have formed in our exploration and attempt are the experiences and achievements of curriculum reform.

3. People-oriented, encouraging and praising students trained in this atmosphere has many advantages, but at the same time it is inevitable that they lack frustration, arrogance, self-righteousness and even extreme modesty. It is a long way to cultivate students' excellent ideological quality by using physical education teaching.

4. Because of the wide selection of teaching contents and flexible evaluation methods, it is convenient for PE teachers to be lazy. How to standardize teachers' teaching?

5. The problem of generating new courses. How to arrange the teaching content according to the needs of students and the reality of students and schools, and form the school-based curriculum of our school.
