Students' psychology is in a normal state and there is not much trouble. In this state, students' behavior is basically consistent with the expected value system, moral level and personality characteristics, and it is a healthy or excellent state.

The second state is unbalanced. Once an event that disrupts normal life occurs and causes people's negative emotions, such as frustration and unsatisfied needs, it will enter an unbalanced state, which means that students are in a state of depression, anxiety, depression, fear, worry and contradiction. Generally speaking, it is inevitable and even necessary that students will constantly experience various unbalanced States in their lives. Facing the imbalance actively rather than passively will bring opportunities for development or growth. To some extent, education is to constantly break the balance of objects and promote their development. The external or internal unconstructive or harmful treatment of the unbalanced state will lead to the so-called "pathological state, abnormal state or deviation"

Abnormal behavior occurs when students are psychologically unbalanced, which is an accidental behavior. This kind of behavior will not happen in the normal state of students. It is different from normal behavior and can be called "deviant behavior". If the head teacher can identify students' behaviors in time and take corresponding measures to help students get rid of psychological crisis and return to normal state, then the illegal behavior, immoral behavior and accidents of the school and even the whole society will be greatly reduced.

The third state is unhealthy. When students are in an unhealthy state, they often have nonlinear maladjustment behaviors, including antisocial behaviors and abnormal behaviors. The so-called "non-linear" occurrence means that there is often no clear and direct reason for the occurrence of these behaviors, and the causal relationship cannot be found, and the causal order is unclear. For example, a primary school student is suddenly afraid of squares or all square-like objects. This is an abnormal behavior, and no one, including himself, can figure out why he is afraid of diamonds. It is precisely because of this nonlinear feature that we cannot predict the appearance of its inappropriate behavior. Students' antisocial behavior or abnormal behavior in a psychologically unhealthy state has neither direct reasons nor clear behavioral motives. So it is not the inevitable product of his values, moral standards or personality characteristics. This behavior is called "abnormal behavior".

To sum up, we can see that students' maladaptive behaviors have different characteristics in different psychological states. As a class teacher, we should see two main streams of students. First, most students' mental health is the mainstream; Second, some students have temporary psychological discomfort due to the pressure of study, life and environment, and ask for guidance to help them deal with the problems they encounter correctly.
