1. Sexual dysfunction. Chronic prostatitis is very common in clinic, which will cause sexual function changes, lead to poor erection, inability to erect, insufficient hardness, rapid ejaculation or no ejaculation pleasure, frequent nocturnal emission or ejaculation pain, and affect semen quality. Leucorrhea may appear after urination or defecation, and hemospermia may appear when complicated with seminal vesiculitis.
2. Urination discomfort. Many male friends have urination discomfort, which may be due to the influence of male prostatitis. Bladder irritation symptoms are common, such as frequent urination, burning urethra during urination, pain and radiation to the penis. There may be mucus and other secretions at the urethral orifice in the morning, and there may also be a feeling of dysuria. Sometimes when defecating, or after urinating, there will be white secretions flowing out of the urethral orifice, commonly known as "dripping white" at the urethral orifice.
3. Radiation pain. Prostatitis can be divided into acute and chronic in clinic. The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to urethra and perineum, but also radiates to its vicinity, and the following low back pain is the most common. In addition, penis, spermatic cord, testis and scrotum, lower abdomen, inguinal region (thigh root), thigh and rectum can all be involved.
4. Local symptoms. Some patients will have local symptoms, and the disease will lead to discomfort of posterior urethra, perineum and anus, and the pain of squatting and sitting on a chair and stool for a long time will be aggravated.
5. Secondary symptoms. Chronic prostatitis can be complicated with neurasthenia, manifested as fatigue, dizziness, insomnia and so on. Long-term persistent prostatitis can even cause allergic reactions in the body, such as conjunctivitis and arthritis.
