Why do I scan the health code on WeChat, and my identity information doesn't match myself?

Wechat scans the health code, showing that the identity and information are inconsistent. The reason is that the network is blocked or there is something wrong with the health code platform, or the real name of WeChat, Certification staff, does not match the person who applied for the health code. You can re-edit the information to keep the identity and information consistent.

The solution is as follows:

1. Log in to WeChat, enter the WeChat page, and click "My" in the lower right corner, as shown below:

2. Click "My" and select "Pay" in the page that appears, as shown in the following figure:

3. After selecting payment, click the "……" icon in the upper right corner, as shown in the following figure:

4. Click "..." to view the real-name authentication information, as shown in the following figure:

5. Select "Change Real Name" on the real-name authentication information page, and complete renaming according to the prompts, as shown in the following figure:

"Health Code" is based on real data.

Personal QR codes are generated by citizens or people who return to work after rework through their own online declaration and background audit. As an individual entering and leaving electronic certificate locally, the QR code can be declared once, which is universal in the whole city.

In order to promote the mutual recognition of "health code" in different places, the national comprehensive government service platform provides three ways to realize cross-provincial mutual recognition and sharing:

1. Without changing the existing local "health code", cross-regional mutual recognition function is added to the local "health code" through cross-regional epidemic prevention and health information data sharing.

2. The local "health code" is connected with the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code", and the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code" is used as the intermediary to realize the mutual recognition of cross-regional "health code".

3. In areas where the local "health code" has not been built, the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code" can be directly adopted, and at the same time, combined with local epidemic prevention health-related information, cross-regional interoperability and mutual recognition can be realized.
