Under the guidance of promoting students' healthy growth, helping parents to solve the difficulties of picking up and dropping off students on time, further improving the ability of educational services, and giving people more sense of gain and happiness, the school organizes students to participate in colorful after-school interest group activities to stimulate students' interest in learning, develop their personality, enrich campus life, promote students' all-round development and solve worries.
Second, the implementation principle
Students' after-school service follows the principle of "voluntary parents, implementation in schools and effective supervision". First, whether to participate in after-school service is a voluntary choice of parents. The school seeks the opinions of parents in advance, actively informs the service mode, service content and safeguard measures, and under the premise of voluntariness, the parents submit a written entrustment application to the school and register. Second, the after-school service is arranged in the school, and the existing conditions of the school are reasonably utilized. The school provides classrooms, sports venues, function rooms and other campus places and other logistical support free of charge. Third, improve the safety management system and effectively strengthen the safety guarantee of after-school service students. Formulate and implement strict attendance and supervision measures.
Third, organize and lead.
The school has set up a leading group for after-school service.
Team leader: principal
Deputy Head: Vice President
Members: middle-level leaders and class teachers
The leading group mainly does the following work:
1, make a good activity plan, implement specific activities, and put forward clear activity requirements;
2, according to the implementation of timely summary, timely adjustment of relevant interest groups (content, teachers, students, etc. );
3. Every day, check whether each group's activities are carried out, whether the activities are normal and what problems exist, hold regular meetings, exchange and summarize, and strive to make the activities of interest groups fruitful.
Fourth, the specific activity arrangement
After-school service activities
In line with the principle of "adapting to the school", we mainly carry out the following activities to effectively reduce the learning burden of students, learn in activities and make progress in activities:
Monday: table tennis Tuesday: reading Wednesday: football Thursday: basketball Friday: hula hoop and other interest group activities;
After-school service activities
Service activities are divided into two ways: school and class.
1. Class activities: Teachers must be responsible for organizing activities according to their own division of labor. Students should have organized and planned activities and are not allowed to do activities at will. Activities should be planned in the classroom, and the class teacher should fill in the activity record every week (issued by the guidance office) and submit it to the school for the record at the end of the period as the basis for the guidance office and the school to check the implementation.
2. School activities: All interest groups organized by the school are arranged by the school, and the activities are carefully arranged and relevant records are made in time.
