Is the national health standard unified?

First, at present, different provinces have different risk levels, response levels and prevention and control requirements. Secondly, the standards for generating "health codes" vary from place to place. Some are connected to the query interfaces of platforms in various countries, some are based on the travel trajectory of the parties, and some are self-reported according to body temperature. Thirdly, the health code can only prove the physical condition of the subject at that time, and the subsequent health status cannot be simply judged accordingly.

Compared with before, COVID-19 is more special and more difficult to prevent and control. The key lies in the close cooperation between the input and output places of migrant workers, so that the routine epidemic prevention work is firmly in place. On the one hand, "code plus code" is definitely wrong, on the other hand, the environment and conditions of "one line and one code" are not mature.

At the national level, the risk data service of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 is carried out nationwide, and all provinces and departments can call and query the unified database of confirmed and suspected cases, close contacts database and county-level risk grade database, basically realizing mutual recognition of basic data.

I always think that the health version should be unified nationwide, because we will log in again every time we scan the code, and the health code will also check our whereabouts during the login process to see if we have gone to high-risk areas. So every city has the same code nature, so there is no need to get so many codes.

First, every city is similar, and national unity is better.

This year, due to special reasons, no matter which city you go to, you have to scan the local health code. When you enter a shopping mall or community, you have to show your mobile phone health green code to travel normally. If our health code is in other colors, we may have to do tests or do other things to cooperate with the community. So this health code has the same function no matter which city it is in, and it is the same all over the country. Then it can be directly unified throughout the country, which can be convenient for many people. There is no need to re-register every city.

Second, national unity can make the elderly feel very convenient.

Many elderly people are very insensitive to smartphones. They are in their own city. Their children can help them apply for health codes in advance and teach them how to scan other codes. These old people are more convenient in local cities. But when these old people go to another strange city by themselves, they will become helpless. Because they don't know how to register the health code of a new city, it may affect their travel and bring unnecessary trouble to others. Therefore, if this code can be unified throughout the country, these elderly people can ask their children to help them apply once, and they can use it smoothly in the future, which can solve the worries of these elderly people.

The color of this code represents whether we are healthy or not, so I think the national unified health code can better understand our whereabouts and make it more convenient for us to scan the code every time we go out. Otherwise, every time you go to a new city, the exits will be crowded with people, which will also affect everyone's health.
