Official website of Shiyan CDC showed that health certificates can only be processed at designated places, namely Shiyan CDC, Shiyan Renhe Physical Examination Center, Shiyan Tiefeng Hospital, Shiyan Maojian District People's Hospital, Shiyan Occupational Prevention Hospital, Shiyan zhangwan district CDC and Shiyan Bailang People's Hospital. Therefore, Shiyan Sunshine Lanshan County is not allowed to apply for a health certificate.
