Third, the sampling location
According to the organization arrangement of community and group staff, in principle, residents are required to take part in sampling at the sampling point of residence, and sampling can be taken at the workplace after reporting to the community in special circumstances.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. Please go to the designated sampling point in an orderly manner according to the notice of community workers to ensure that no one is missed. During the sampling process, please actively cooperate, wear a mask, obey the instructions of the staff, take the initiative to show the two-dimensional code information of nucleic acid sampling, keep the interval above 1 meter, do not talk or gather, do a good job of self-protection and complete the nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner.
2. Please bring your smart phone, valid ID and collection code when sampling. Residents without smart phones can apply in advance with the help of their families or communities, print paper information collection codes, and the elderly and children need to be accompanied.
3. Primary and secondary school teachers and students prepare the collection code in advance and conduct closed-loop collection on campus.
4. The staff and on-site service volunteers of this unit participate in the collection and testing on the principle of being on the spot and nearby.
5. Please don't go to the nucleic acid sampling point to participate in large-scale nucleic acid detection in the following situations:
Those who have been tested for nucleic acid within 24 hours and vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not collect nucleic acid samples. Please provide proof to the community in time and register;
If the health code is "red team" or "Yellow Code", please report it to China immediately and implement corresponding epidemic prevention measures. Do not go to the nucleic acid sampling point;
If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, don't go to the nucleic acid sampling point. Please take personal protection, go to the nearest fever clinic in time, and avoid taking public transportation.
Special personnel such as nursing homes and people with mobility difficulties apply to the community in time, and mobile sampling teams come to take samples.
6. Take protective measures: please don't gather in the near future, go out less, wear a mask, wash your hands frequently and have more ventilation. When taking part in sampling, obey the on-site command, observe the order, consciously cooperate with epidemic prevention measures, and do not spread rumors, believe in rumors or spread rumors.
For the sake of people's health and life safety, please actively cooperate with the sample collection work, and all the health codes of residents who do not participate in the full inspection for no reason will be marked as yellow codes. At the same time, according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations, those who cause the risk of epidemic spread will be investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities.
