Foreigners, commonly known as "foreigners", refer to people who do not have the nationality of one country but have the nationality of another country, or as a general term for one country to another. People without the nationality of that country sometimes include stateless people.
Starting from the principle of national sovereignty, the state enjoys territorial advantages over all people and things within its territory, and foreigners are no exception. As soon as foreigners enter the territory of a country, they are under the territorial advantage of that country, subject to the jurisdiction of the host country and abide by the laws and regulations of the host country. The host country should protect the life and property safety and legitimate rights and interests of foreigners.
English is usually foreign, relatively speaking, people who do not belong to their own nation. Usually, the language they speak is different from their mother tongue, which is called a foreign language. According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners, foreigners refer to people who do not have China nationality according to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China. A stateless person is not a foreigner because he has no nationality of any country, but he is generally regarded as a foreigner according to international practice.
