What are the early symptoms of diabetic nephropathy?

The clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy are related to their stages, as follows:

1, early diabetic nephropathy: negative urine test, no clinical symptoms;

2. Normal proteinuria period: generally, urine protein is negative, and urine protein is positive after strenuous exercise;

3, microalbuminuria period: microalbuminuria;

4, proteinuria: proteinuria, edema, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and so on. It may happen, and the symptoms are obvious;

5. Renal failure: Patients may have nausea, vomiting, hypertension, and anemia in severe cases with obvious symptoms.
