The validity period of medical practitioner qualification is: lifelong validity. Take the qualification of practicing doctors of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine as an example. When obtaining the qualification of practicing doctor of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, he has the legal qualification of practicing doctor of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and his qualification is valid for life. The qualification certificate for practicing doctors of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine shall be uniformly printed by the Ministry of Health. The Certificate of Medical Practitioner of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is completely consistent with other types of certificates, and it is legal and valid anywhere in the country (except Taiwan Province, Hongkong and Macau).

(2) Paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine in People's Republic of China (PRC) (the State Council Order No.374, April 7, 2003): "Practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine shall pass the qualification examination in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations and departmental rules on health management, and may engage in traditional Chinese medicine service activities only after being registered and obtaining a practice certificate."
(3) Article 6 of the Interim Measures for the Registration of Physicians' Practice (Order No.5 of the Ministry of Health+No.65438 of July, 0999) stipulates: "Anyone who intends to practice in a medical or health care institution shall apply for registration with the health administrative department that approved the practice of the institution. Persons who intend to practice in preventive institutions shall apply to the health administrative department at the same level of the institution for registration. Persons who intend to practice in medical institutions of organs, enterprises and institutions shall apply to the health administrative department that issued the Practice License for Medical Institutions.
