The latest notice on adjusting the relevant requirements for Spanish flights to China
According to the characteristics of epidemic development and virus variation, since June 30, 2022, the Embassy of China in Spain has adjusted the relevant requirements for passengers who really need to fly from Spain to China as follows:
First, about the trip to China
Long-term Spanish residents can fly directly to other countries to transfer to China. People living in other countries (whether there are direct flights to China or not) can also come to the west to transfer to China. Passengers are required to carry out nucleic acid testing at the place of origin and transit (the departure place of the direct flight to China) and apply for health codes respectively.
Passengers who live in Andorra and intend to fly directly to China via a third country are required to have their nucleic acid tested in Andorra's legal testing institutions 48 hours and 24 hours before going to the third country (the sampling time is at least 24 hours apart) and apply for a health code from the Spanish Embassy.
Second, the pre-inspection requirements
(1) Passengers are required to conduct a nucleic acid test, namely "double nucleic acid" test, at two different testing institutions in the same consular district within 48 hours and 24 hours before boarding the plane (including flights originating from Spain and transiting to China via a third country), and the interval between two samples exceeds 24 hours.
(2) The nucleic acid testing reports issued by Spanish legal testing institutions are all recognized. You can check the list of related general hospitals and testing institutions in Spain on the website of the Ministry of Health. The specific operation is: go to/H5 with your mobile phone and/or scan the QR code (see Annex 2) to enter the login interface, register your account with your email, fill in the information item by item and apply for a health code.
(two) in the general hospital or testing institution of the Consular Section of the Embassy in Spain (except Catalonia Autonomous Region), please submit an application for health code to the Embassy in Spain for review; If you are testing in a general hospital or testing institution in the consulate general of Barcelona, please submit the health code application form to the consulate general of Barcelona for inspection.
(3) Please fill in all the information truthfully and upload it:
1. "Double nucleic acid" test report;
2. Full air ticket (travel itinerary);
3. A valid Spanish residence permit or a photo on the front and back of the Spanish visa page;
4. Health code of origin travel (only applicable to transit passengers coming to the west).
If you stay in Spain or your visa expires, please provide the residence certificate issued by the government department where you live in Spain for nearly 3 months. If you don't have a legal residence or visa in Spain, please send an email at least two weeks in advance to consult the Embassy in Spain ((((jiankangmaesp@gmail.com) or the Consulate General in Barcelona (((barcelonalingbao@gmail.com).

The previously issued notice and supplementary instructions on the application for hygiene standards are no longer applicable, and the relevant requirements shall be subject to this notice.
(1) The "health code" in this notice refers to the green code with HS logo (applicable to China citizens) and the green code with HDC logo (applicable to foreign citizens). Boarding only.
(2) "48 hours and 24 hours before flight departure" in this notice is accurate to the hour (sampling time). If the flight departure time is 22: 15 on July 2nd, it needs to be carried out after 22: 15 on June 30th and 22: 1 5 on July 30th respectively.
