Going to a temple to burn incense meets a butterfly falling on the shoulder

Owner, I am a person who has studied Buddhism for many years, listen to me for a few words.

First of all, Buddhism is not a superstition, being hit by incense does not mean anything. There's no significance to it. Nor will there be any hints in it.

Buddhism is the study of changing one's fate, that is, how to put one's own destiny, toward the good side, the way is to do no evil, all good deeds, a good man, do not worship the Buddha, Buddha and Bodhisattva will bless him, an evil man, naturally, should be self-inflicted (no good deed goes unpunished, no evil deed goes unpunished).

So, if the owner is a good person, what do you study incense ash, if you have done bad things, you have to stop evil and do good.

Buddhism emphasizes that good deeds are rewarded and evil deeds are punished. Think about it, a good man often donates money to help people, do we want him to have money? A person practicing medicine to help the world, do we want him to live a long and healthy life, a person stealing other hard-earned money, do we want him to suffer from poverty? In fact, the Way of Heaven is the same. From this perspective, the heart of Heaven is like the heart of man, and the Way of Heaven punishes evil and rewards good. It punishes evil and rewards good.

So, if the owner burns incense, there is something to suffer, there is something to ask for, then we have to practice according to the principle of good and evil are rewarded. Correct the behavior.

And, burning incense is not superstition, let's look at the meaning of burning incense.

What is the meaning of burning incense?

First, it indicates devout and respectful offerings to the Three Jewels as a demonstration of receiving sentient beings.

Secondly, it means transmitting information to the Dharma Realm of the Empty Space, and sensing the blessings of the Three Jewels in the ten directions.

Thirdly, it means that burning oneself and perfuming the ten directions reminds the disciples of the Buddha to be selfless and devoted.

Fourth, said that the Buddhist precepts of the true incense, containing a vow of silence, "diligently cultivate the precepts, determination, wisdom, extinguish greed, noise, dementia," meaning that the Buddha is not addicted to the world's big incense incense, but like the Buddha's disciples of the precepts, determination of the true incense.

You see, the burning of incense is the meaning of the above, indicating that the burner of incense to learn the thoughts, spirit and behavior of the Buddha. To correct oneself. Move oneself towards goodness.

So, if the owner has something to ask for, I suggest that the owner fix it this way and do it this way, which is also the way of the Buddha's thousand years of removing calamities and suffering and illnesses to change one's destiny:

1 Recite the Buddha's sutra.

2 Eat vegetarian and let live.

3 Abide by the five precepts (do not kill, do not steal, do not commit adultery, do not speak delusively, do not drink alcohol) to do a good job of the five precepts, the next life can still be a human being.

4 Do not do all evils in life, and practice all good deeds.

5 Repent and return.

The above is the Buddhist millennium to remove disasters and suffering and disease to change fate way, characterized by correcting their own behavior, stopping evil and good, you can change fate, we have a virtue of saying that God blesses those who have virtue, this is the truth.
