There are three skills: jumping and turning.
Jump: big jump, swinging jump (flying legs), flying swallow (front, side, back and the most common double flying swallow), changing jump, kicking purple and gold crown upside down, etc.
Turn: In the same place, there are two, four, cross legs, sea-exploring turn and various combinations of transformation and turn. There are translation and rotation (rotation plus revolution) and kneeling rotation.
Flip: point flip, string flip, sea-sounding flip, big flip, small flip, Man Zi (side flip), Liezi (curved leg side flip), Yunli front bridge (front flip), small flip (back flip), hanging small flip, string small flip and, of course, back flip. They are basically directions, straight or group, with or without hands.
