Square dance to what time is a nuisance

The Regulations will be formally implemented from January 1, 2021 onwards. Citizens can file complaints and reports through the 12345 government service hotline and other means. A staff member of the government service hotline in Xuchang City, after receiving the report, they will contact the people's government of the region to which the reported location belongs, and the people's government will hand over the police of the Public Security Bureau to deal with the scene.

Xuchang City People's Congress Standing Committee of the Legislative Affairs Commission Wang told the New Beijing News reporter, for the "Regulations" in the square dance provisions should be interpreted as, "the public should be allowed to dance within the time, dancing to control the volume of sound can not interfere with others."

"Xuchang City civilized behavior promotion regulations" is divided into five chapters ***37 content, clearly on the public **** order, environmental health, civilized travel, rural (community) civilization, dog breeding, civilized dining, family neighborhood, noise control and other 15 categories of daily behavior made specific norms.

From the official website of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Xuchang City inquired, the above "Regulations" Article 17 clearly stipulates that "in the public **** place of square dancing, singing and other activities, should control the volume, shall not interfere with other people's normal life, work and study. In summer, from twenty-one hours a day to six hours the next day, and in winter, from twenty-one hours a day to seven hours the next day, it is prohibited to conduct the above noise-generating cultural and sports activities."

In addition, Article 35 of the Regulations stipulates that anyone who violates the provisions of Article 17 of the Regulations shall be given a warning; and anyone who fails to rectify the situation after the warning shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars and not more than five hundred dollars.
