Where does the phrase "no business, no killing" come from?

This sentence comes from a public service advertisement shot by the international environmental protection organization WILDAID through a China Star, which was proposed and advocated by the international environmental protection organization WILDAID.

"No buying and selling, no killing", English "When buying and selling stops, killing will stop." It aims to protect those wild animals that are endangered by human consumption by appealing to people to refuse to eat wild animal products.
