Located in the Century Square in the center of Dezhou City, the theme sculpture "Century Wind" is the finishing touch of the entire square, 21 meters high, symbolizing the 21st century, a better tomorrow for the new Texas. The base is interspersed with three layers, representing the comprehensive development of Texas in the political, economic and cultural aspects.
When night falls, the ever-changing lights and 7 sets of different TV images make the whole platform a dance floor of light, adding a touch of spirituality and dynamism to the square.
