The dance forms are mostly ring dance, circuit dance and zigzag marching dance; in addition, the Jingpo people have absorbed the dance forms of the Dai people and the Lisu people, and formed the Elephant Feet Drum Dance and the "Dingo Dance" with their own national characteristics; and the most famous dance of the Jingpo people is still the "Meibao Zongsong" which combines the dances of all the ethnic groups.
The dances of Jingpo are divided into five categories, including ritual, hunting, productive labor and celebratory. Ritual dances are "total Go", "cloth roll Go", "gold again and again" and so on, the action is rough and bold, vivid image; hunting dance "Long Dong Go", military dance "to the Go" (playing the knife), "string of Go", "to bend" and so on; production and labor process of the dance pace is flexible, full of changes; celebratory dances "straight Go", "Zengo", etc. These dance forms are mostly ring, ring, and ring dance, and "Zengo" and so on.
