The content and method of the examination
1. This open recruitment examination is divided into a written examination and an interview, and adopts a hundred-point system. The total test score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.
The total scores of the written test, interview and examination shall be rounded to two decimal places. If the total test scores of two or more applicants are the same, the physical examination candidates will be determined in order from high to low written test scores; if the written test scores are still the same, an additional interview will be conducted, and the applicants will be ranked according to the interview and additional test scores. .
2. Written examination: The list of candidates for the written examination and matters related to the written examination will be announced on the college website. The written test time will be announced later.
(1) The content of the written examination is the two subjects "Basic Knowledge of Public Security" and "Professional Knowledge" required for the position, of which comprehensive basic knowledge accounts for 30% and professional knowledge accounts for 70%. It mainly assesses the applicant's knowledge level and professional quality to meet the job requirements. The examination content does not specify unified teaching materials.
(2) The written test will be conducted in a closed-book manner, and the entire written test will be monitored or videotaped. Full score is 100 points.
(3) The written test results will be announced on the college website within 7 days after the written test ends, and the publication period will be no less than 5 days.
3. Interview: According to the written test scores, from high scores to low scores, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of recruitment positions. If the ratio does not reach 1:3, interview candidates will be determined based on actual personnel. One week before the interview, the list of interviewees will be announced on the college website, as well as the interview time, location, content, methods and requirements. The interview time will be announced later.
(1) The interview consists of 5 to 9 experts (the unit and its competent department are limited to 1 judge), and the main examination judge is an external expert.
(2) Interviews take the form of trial lectures, defenses, etc. (of which dance and physical education majors have added professional skills tests), the candidates’ teaching skills, language expression, knowledge level, blackboard design, appearance, etc. A comprehensive examination will be conducted, and the content of the trial lectures will be informed by lottery one hour in advance, and lessons will be prepared on site. The trial lecture time is generally controlled within 15 minutes. Answer questions in no more than 5 minutes. Full score is 100 points.
(3) The interview results will be announced outside the examination room on the day.
(4) Within 1 day after the interview, the interview results, written test scores, interview scores, total scores, and ranking order of the interviewers will be published on the college website for 5 days.
